Kerry was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She helped me find exactly what I needed and the trainee with her was also very knowledgeable in mattresses. They were a great combination!

Raymour and Flannigan is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with! Customer service is deplorable as well as sales staff. We bought a sofa that literally fell apart and needed a replacement. There was nothing I wanted or liked and was FORCED INTO GETTING SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT!!!!! (Selection is terrible). But I had to in order to get a replacement. Also when I couldn’t find anything I was told by either pick something or I don’t get anything at all. I was also unable to get insurance as I did on the first one. This is terrible I’ve never come in contact with a furniture store who treated their customers so poorly as Raymour and Flanigan. So I did pick out a sofa that I want it. Well, I really didn’t want. And I was told it would be special order and it would be arriving in approximately 4 to 5 weeks. That 4 to 5 week window had come and the day before it was to be delivered, I was called and told it was damaged and it would have to be re-ordered and it would take up to eight weeks or more for a new one to come in. Now if that replacement did come in which it did, why wasn’t it inspected before I was called and told it would be delivered and then called the day befor and I was told it would be special order and it would be arriving in approximately 4 to 5 weeks. That 4 to 5 week window had come and the day before it was to be delivered, I was called and told it was damaged and it would have to be re-ordered and it would take up to eight weeks or more for a new one to come in. Now if that replacement did come in which it did, why wasn’t it inspected before I was called and told it would be delivered and then called the DAY BEFORE DELIVERY and told it was damaged and I’d have to wait??? In my opinion this is poor management from the top down!!!!!!!!!! And don’t get me started on the credit company that they pick to handle their credit card. My bills have been paid on time and I keep getting told that I still owe I’m sorry I think I am being overtaken and robbed!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING FROM RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN AGAIN!!!!!!! And I must say there was a male sales person who YELLED AT MY HUSBAND AND I AS WE WERE TELLING OUR STORY to the receptionist....HE WANTED TO THROW US OUT OF THE STORE (the Leesport store) AND the RECEPTIONIST asked him why and he said he felt like it.....REALLY??? You have people working there like that.....again this is so poor. I will tell EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO RAYMOUR AND FLANNIGAN!!!!!!! Poor Customer Service, Poor delivery. Poor selection. Poor credit company ( as I said even though the bill is paid ON TIME, we are told we are delinquent) I say that is robbery and calling the customer liars!!!!! Never again!!!! As always I had a very pleasant experience. I had gone to look around last week. When I arrived last night I knew exactly what I wanted. The sales person was very friendly and was there for what I needed. She wasn’t to pushy (I do not deal well when salesmen a real pushy). She was exactly what I needed.
