We went into Raymour & Flanigan to look at floor lamps. The store representative was very helpful. He told us about the lamps available there and then walked around the store with us to look at the available lamps. We found the one we wanted. He told us a new one is better than a floor model one because it is NEW. We appreciate his honesty with us throughout the whole transaction.
