We found exactly what we needed. Gina was so helpful.

Very friendly and answered all my questions. Also explained about 5 year warranty. Gave me his card and told me to call or text him if I had questions.

We went into the store thinking we knew just what we wanted. However when we sat on the sofa that we had chosen on line we discovered that it was just to big for us since we are both not very tall. When we first entered the store Melanie approached us and offered help to which we responded that we were just browsing. She respected our wishes. When we realized that the sofa was too big for us we asked her for help. She was very helpful, showing us several different sofas and matching chairs. She was very patient and wanted us to be completely satisfied 😌 . Absolutely no pressure. The whole experience was wonderful. We left feeling totally happy with our purchase. A big Thank You to Melanie.

This was my first Raymour & Flanigan experience and I will definitely be back! So many beautiful choices in furniture for every room. The selection was amazing and sale prices were unbeatable! Melanie Poirier was a pleasure to work with. She enthusiastically circled the showroom many times helping me find exactly what would work in my space. She seemed to enjoy shopping as much as I did!

Wife, child and I we're pleasantly greeted then allowed to browse throughout your Attleboro Outlet store without constant sales staff annoyance. Once we made our selection of home decor we asked for assistance that was happily provided by Mackenzie Welch without attempting to sell us on other items we clearly had no attention of considering. What a pleasure vs other retailers whom we simply chose not to do business with after just a few minutes in their stores. Mackenzie provided her attention till sale was completed and even helped carry our item's to our vehicle wishing us a pleasant day. We will most definitely look forward to doing business with her again.

Friendly, helpful sales staff readily available, great variety of furniture at reasonable prices. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the $109 delivery fee. Our recliner was delivered as promised and assembled by polite, competent drivers.

order placed and paid in full 8/7/21, delivery scheduled for 8/12. Recd various e mails confirming purchase and delivery, perfect, On 8/11, less than 24 hrs b4 delivery, recd call from raymour(Michelle) who said my item was out of stock and had no info if and when it might be back in stock. How do you take someones $ for merchandise you don't have in stock. Once an item is paid for, the customers product should be set aside marked with the Name and purchase order #. Very poor customer service and a deceitful way to do business

I called to get something I order before, was not on website. I got it and was so impressed with how easy it was.

We already had financing done from a previous purchase and besides going in once to choose a sectional completing the entire purchase at home stress free. Nock and Stephanie were a great sales/finance team!
