Our sales Associate was excellent! She took time to answer our questions, check inventory, explain things, and gave us space to look around. The items we were interested in were in stock and reasonably priced. We will be returning soon for more furniture.

Marisa helped us on the day but Essence is our main guy he was supposed to be in but when we found out he was not Malisa told us he would get the credit!

We walked into the Half Moon store yesterday to look for a power lift chair and ended up buying the power lift chair, power reclining sofa and a matching reclining chair. Sales associate, Doug Center, was very patient and very accommodating, as we had him move furniture around the showroom.

I had visited a competitor for a new mattress and was given several expensive options. When I visited R&F I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and the sales clerk walked me to the mattress section then paged a knowledgeable sleep expert. Rich took the time to ask several questions to get to know me and my habits, taking notes the whole time. He showed me, and I tried many mattresses and determined I liked a certain brand. I felt I did not need the size the first store told me I could only get in 1 of 2 sizes and that I did not need to get the model suggested by the competition.
Rich was patient with me and spent a considerable amount of time showing me different brands, makes and models. He also pointed out and showed me how some accessories would be helpful for my needs and eliminate the some of the higher priced mattresses.
After a few hours I left after making a purchase when my primary goal was to compare another store. This is the second purchase I have made from R&F in the past 6 months and I am very happy with both.

I had a wonderful experience! My salesman (Richard Giustiniani) was excellent. He introduced himself, asked what I was looking for and showed me a variety of choices. He explained the differences in the mattresses and had me try out quite a few. He was friendly, personable and professional. He gave me a good deal without putting any pressure on my to buy.
