All I have to say is poor communication and wrong information!!

Im very disappointed, but whne yiu spent just about $8,000, you expect quality!

Im giving 1 star because of following:

1. My mirror has a defect
2. I did not receive a queen size mattress, as ordered
3. The dootboard is loose, so if you brush pass it will move.

When I discovered this items, i immediately emailed, customer service and my sales person, who has yet to get back to me since 9/16.
I've spoken to at least 7 cust reps and warehouse workers. They sent someone to look over my items and I was told, to purchase stoppers for the legs of my bed. He also, told someone would call me in a couple of days. No call, so I went into store, that rep was going to contact warehouse and call me back. No call, so a few more days later, I called store and was told they would speak to manager. She did however tell me the mirror is supposed to to come in around 2ndnqeek of Nov.!!!! This insane, especially because my bill just arrived and im not hold!!! I should return everything! By the way, I have everyone names and dates of contact, this is NOT good service. And I should not have to spend so much time reaching out.

I will no longer be a customer, nor will i refer anyone to this store!!!! Im still waiting on call back to get my issues resolved!!!

Had a good experience in Raymour store 9/19/20. My sales rep. Was pleasant and knowledgeable about the mattress I was looking for. Have bought several pieces of furniture from this company before. Always happy with my purchase.

I bought a leather sofa from Raymour & Flanigan at Bay Plaza in the Bronx, NY. Customer rep Ian Campbell help me pick out the right sofa for me at my price range. He was very professional and patient with me and my family through out the process. Everyone at the store was very friendly. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

You didn't have to wait too long,and my sales person was very nice

If felt good to be able to walk around the whole store a few times without being rushed but knowing that someone was there to help me when I was ready. I don't recall her name at the moment but she was a lovely young lady and very helpful and friendly. This is my second time buying from Raymond and Flanigan and I will definitely shop at their stores in the future

Helpful and knowledgeable

The rep was extra helpful and very patient with me. And showed me everything in my price range.

Salesperson was very welcoming in and out of the door, was knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy and even used her personal experience about similar type of product. Check-out/scheduling delivery was a breeze. Went to Bob's Discount earlier in the day, glad I did not buy inferior product from them.

Mr.Richardson was a true gentleman...he didn't "hover, while we perused the showroom. He was clear, informative and a true pleasure to deal with
