Susan was well versed in the product and after initially pointing us in the right direction of the store, allowed us to meander through the sofas without "hovering" over us. She answered all of our questions and once we agreed to buy, she efficiently completed the paperwork.

Before buying furniture online I wanted to actually sit in it but what I wanted there was no sample in the North Plainfield store-so I went to Bridgewarter,was
greeted at the door by Paul, and what a great experience. Paul knew exactly what I wanted and, I
left the store after making a purchase-thank you

Bonnie, the salesperson was very helpful. She took the time to explain all the details of the purchase process, and the estimated delivery time. She answered my questions regarding the furniture to my satisfaction.

Our sales associates went above and beyond helping us find the perfect pieces to go with the dining set we picked out.

Paul was available to talk and discuss about our requirements and point to available furniture matching our likes. In all a good visit and buying experience.

As it says in the title, the experience with this particular store was garbage from start to finish.

Walking into the building, we were greeted by sales reps who gave us a layout of the building, which was fine. However, the sales rep we worked with would not leave us be and appeared to have a melt down any time we looked in the direction of another sales representative. Once we found the piece we liked, he put in the order for us (which is effectively someone else placing an online order for you). However, the reason they have salespeople on the floor is so they can pressure you into buying their platinum protection plan. When I expressed that I and my wife were not interested, more pressure was applied by the sales rep. Finally, we just said yes so that he would stop bothering us and we could get out of there.

Then on the day of the delivery, the platform was delivered but it was missing the center support beam. Without this beam, we cannot use the platform. We were told that the beam was on backorder, which begs the question "Why would you deliver an incomplete piece to a customer?"

They told us they would deliver a full new platform Sunday, because ordering the single center beam would be too difficult (I don't know go figure). Either way, we would not have the bed or the beam until several days after the delivery was due and we would likely need to spend another day at home awaiting the delivery. The store did not offer to refund the delivery fee and when asked, offered a pitiful 50 dollar refund instead of the full cost of delivery.

Would not recommend buying from this store and honestly would not recommend using this company for your furniture. The entire experience was horrible.

The salesman Paul was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, understood our needs and was extremely patient as we made up our minds.

Salesman was too pushy. We had a coupon but was bait and switched into not being able to use coupon after being lead to believe we would received the additional discount.

The saleswoman was very knowledgable and great to work with!

Salesperson was helpful and allowed us to look around.

Looked at several different stores R & F had a large variety to chose from. Love seat was in stock unlike other stores that had 4/6 month delivery wait. No high pressure, good price and comfortable atmosphere… Would definitely recommend!!!!!

The credit process was quick and I have 6 months to pay for new loveseat. This will be my 3rd couch from them. You can't go wrong with Raymour & Flanigan.

The sales man at the show room was not mean but he wasn’t nice either. Felt like he did not want to listen to me. Felt rushed. Delivery guys where very nice. Ps I work in sales too

Yuri was the perfect salesman for us. He was informative, patient while we tried many recliners for the right fit with style. Wouldn't hesitate to return to your store. Knowledgeable about your products from beginning to end. Loving our recliner and lucky it was in stock and ready for delivery.
