NIGHTMARE PLACE TO WORK! I was trained by Sales Manager Danny Evans and Store Manager Rick Perez to LIE to customers about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to get the sale! I was told that the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS SELLING! I knew that that was NOT RIGHT, and could NEVER DO THAT TO THE HONEST, HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT SHOP THERE!Danny and Rick are EVIL, THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SAY TO GET THE SALE! The guy that helps you load your stuff when you pick it up, JASON, is ALWAYS DRUNK at work... please be careful around him, he is NOT a Good Person! The Customer Rep Thomas Young is also a BAD PERSON! He openly BRAGGED ABOUT putting customers on HOLD FOREVER if they " pissed him off" on the phone! Watch out! Raymour is actually a Real Estate Company that washed their SHADY MONEY in their furniture company! They treat their employees like crap, and has REALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY People as Management! If you're looking for ASHLEYS FURNITURE, which Raymour specializes in, go to Cardis/Ashleys, they'll treat you waaaaaaaaay better over there! Also when I worked there they MADE us BLOW UP past customers phones with text messages, emails and calls about upcoming sales! Even though the company was sued for doing the SAME THING in 2016 and LOST in court and had to pay out 4.25 MILLION DOLLARS! They are THE WORST COMPANY AROUND, STEER CLEAR!

New lift chair delivered within 24 hours!!
We had an emergency with an older adult whose lift chair motor died and DANNY of R&F came through!!! He was able to locate a chair and get it delivered within 24 hours. He was friendly, helpful, service oriented simply amazing! Thank you Danny for your work that was above and beyond what we expected.

Great Customer Service
My mother and I had great customers service with Jeffery Leone at the Spfld Ma.. Location. He helped us find what I was looking. Had great knowledge of the kind of mattress I needed. Jeffery took the time to explain the differences of them answered any questions we had. I'm looking forward to a good night sleep. I'm a return costumer bought a chair and love seat a year ago. Thanks again! 😊

Initial problem but they made it right!!
We purchase 2 swivel chairs and initially opted for pick up. But the day we were picking them up it was over 90 and it would have required 2 trips plus getting them upstairs. Contacted our salesman but the chairs had already been shipped to the store. However, he was able to arrange a private delivery, same cost and same price. The next day we discovered a small tear in one chair and one of the bolts holding on the swivel base was falling out. I tried to tighten it but it was stripped. Called our salesman again and he gave me a number to call. I explained the problems and, after sending pictures, they
scheduled delivery of 2 new chairs at no additional cost. The new ones are great as were all the people we worked with from the salesman to the delivery guys and everyone in between. Highly recommend.

Great customer service!
When I walked in the door I was very pleasantly greeted by Christine. I explained I was just browsing and she said go right ahead and take your time. I decided on a living room set and a bedroom set that will go in my new home in June.
