The chair was supposed to be here today. I found someone to pick it up and I just called the store back and was told it wouldn't be here until Tuesday. I had to find someone to pick it up because delivery was $150.00 and I live 10 miles away. I am not sure if I can get someone for Tuesday.

we only chose you because of removal of old matress! well nothing was told to us about cant have no stains!! they wouldnt take it.. I am only here for a coupe of days and dont have time to have to find a truck and take it to dump site! Should jave been told this it had a small stain the size of a 50cent coin!

Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to mattresses quickly, the sales rep was knowledgeable, pleasant and easily answered all our questions. Showed us many options,pros and cons and gave us time to decide if at all. He was very curteous,offered water while and convenient place to decide and sign for the deal. Had the bed delivered in less than 24 hours later. Very helpful. !!!

Contract we were asked to sign was not gone over with us or told of delivery charge. Found couch on sale online in YOUR ad but told it was for cash sale only Nowhere in your ad was that stated. Delivery charge dropped but still paid $150 over price stated in ad. Not happy.

The salesperson respected our desire to look around first and then he was helpful in providing more information about the sofas we were interested in and he gave us a good discount on delivery. He was professional, pleasant and not pushy.

Quick visit, helpful salesman, pointed me right to the mattress of my dreams. Couldn't be happier except that they did not take the old mattress. I thought they would junk it but apparently they only take mattresses that are "reusable".

It was a very positive experience, I found a sofa completed necessary paperwork and it will be delivered next week, The end! I do not have one itty bitty complaint to file

My boyfriend and I came in looking for a new mattress. We were concerned with getting one with an off-gassing issue. That’s when Inez Milligan introduced herself and walked us through what we needed to consider and potential choices we could make. She was absolutely fabulous!! No pressure to buy, gave us what we needed, and took the time to understand us and our situation to provide the best possible experience. Rob was a great salesman. Very helpful and seemed like he was very experienced in mattresses. He chose a mattress for us to try by the questions he asked us about our desires.
