Bob is great!

We are a repeat customer at the R&F location in Avon CT. That being said. The sales team and Bob specifically remembered me and immediately came to help me in my selection of new furniture for my new home. Furthermore, he remembered the other pieces he helped me purchase and matched my new items to my current furniture. It feels great to be able to work with the same team through the seasons and years.

Terrible Customer Service

Been dealing with the Avon CT store since October. Terrible customer service. Heard enough times that there are issues with a new software change, tired of hearing that excuse. The phone constantly rings no answer. When you finally get someone to check your order, they say we will get a call back and we never do. Received part of order and was told the rest of the order would be in last week. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone.

I came into the Avon store at 6:30 pm…

I came into the Avon store at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night and Robert Hillburn, who must have been at the end of his day, was so very helpful and attentive without being over bearing. He solved issues for us on the spot. He Used your technology to see if our requests could be secured. He was knowledgeable and never got confused as we were furnishing a 2 bd/2 Bth apartment all that night.

A lovely man with technical knowledge. That’s a winning combination.

Outstanding employee, Eric Rubino, from Avon, CT store

I spoke with Eric Rubino from the Avon, CT store, because we were looking for inform gain about a specific chair for our dining room. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going out of his way to respond to our questions, provide info and to help us when we experienced difficulty in placing our order online. Eric was very helpful and left me time…

Eric was very helpful and left me time to wander alone and compare styles. I found that the chair right in the front doorway was the one waiting for me, but ran back a few hours later to change the fabric. No issues with the change and looking forward to my new swivel rock chair!

We were allowed to look around and freely be looking for something that we are interested in and we weren’t disturbed while we were doing it and then after we file what we were looking for a gentleman work very hard to make sure that we got everything that we needed

Bob was great

Bob was great. Friendly and informative. Knows there products and lets u shop on your own checking in once in a while. Not chasing you like some sales people do in other store.
