I had visited a few other furniture…
I had visited a few other furniture stores but came back to Raymour and Flanigan because I really loved the quality of the furniture. I am also a previous customer. More importantly, I absolutely loved my sales person GAVIN. He was just awesome. He made me feel welcome and not like he was trying to sell me something. His personality was warm and enjoyable. He was passionate and knowledgeable about his product and you could tell that he enjoyed what he did for a living. He was above and beyond his call of duty as far as I am concerned, as he also shared with me some design ideas. I have never had this experience with other sales people there in the past. I did not feel rushed or followed by him nor was he pushy. He felt like a friend. I would come back just for him! A true asset to your company. I would also like to give some honorable mention to the manager Jad. He was very helpful in assisting on explaining things and working toward giving me what I wanted as a customer for my living room set. Thank you to both men for the great service!

Amazing Service * Couch!
After eyeing a sleeper sofa for about 6 months, I decided to visit a store. Not only did they have the sofa in the store but it was in the exact color I was considering! Customer service was great and efficient. I work with work him again!
