£80 for a manicure/pedicure I was unhappy with, followed by an even more disappointing response from RAWR Beauty when I complained.

The therapist cut my cuticles on a couple of fingers. The finished gel polish was thick, uneven and wonky across multiple nails. It looked poorly applied and was simply not the standard I expected from a professional salon.

I raised a formal complaint and asked for my £80 back. Instead, I was offered a £150 voucher or the opportunity to have the treatment redone.

The problem? I don't want to go back.

What has really frustrated me is the response from management. I have explained my circumstances clearly, yet the position remains that because they have offered to redo the treatment or provide a voucher, they won't refund the £80 I actually paid.

I had a genuinely poor experience, I've tried to resolve it reasonably, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a practical solution rather than being pushed towards a voucher I don't want.

Sadly, the quality of the treatment was disappointing, and the way my complaint has subsequently been handled has been even more disappointing.

I won't be returning to RAWR Beauty.

The girl doing the eyebrow is rude and tbh she did the worst bro threading.when I told her it looks a bit off she is like maybe “u r imagining things” tbh she is an immigrant but she is racist

I had my eyebrows done by Kiran at Rawr Beauty in Primark Manchester, and I’m really happy with the result! Kiran was lovely, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend! 💕

I’ve always used this salon for eyebrow threading and have normally been happy with the service, so I decided to try the full face threading, which cost £28.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the result. There were still a lot of areas of peach fuzz left, with noticeable patches that had been missed. For £28, I expected a much more thorough and even finish.

I would definitely continue using them for eyebrow threading, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend the full face threading.

They’ve stolen my money.

This is a warning, please don’t buy any packages from Rawr Beauty. They sold me a package in Primark Reading and then closed the store.

The contract between us was for that store but they refuse to refund me, instead telling me to travel a considerable distance to one of their other stores, which would also be an additional expense.

I’ve emailed multiple times but been ignored or had unprofessional responses. Do not spend money with this company, they’re not legitimate.

I have lash infills every 2 weeks what I have noticed is you only have one hour infills this is not long enough !!
They have to clean and prep your lashes so your not getting a full hour
They are not full enough in this time
They should offer 1 hour 15 or even 1hour 30 for INFILLS it takes a decent technician at least 1hour 45 -2hours to do decent full set with no gaps

Here they only give you 1hour 15 for full set so your not getting what you should in that time

RAW BEAUTY - offer your lash clients longer time to get the desired look the client wants more time more lashes but you put us all in the same time frame !!!

For this reason I will now book somewhere else that offers 1hour 15 infills at least ,
Makes such a difference to my lashes

They closed all the locations around me. No notice. And when I tried to ask for a refund on the website it gives an error and doesn't allow me to contact anyone. Doesn't have email or anything to contact them.
They stole my money

As a walk in I didn't expect a great service but Aditi was so efficient. She sat me down straight away and proceeded to thread my eyebrows with care and attention to detail. Great service, thank you

Primark Oxford st rawr was previously located 5 minutes away in fitzroia Tottenham both times stores have closed and no communication has been communicated to customers.
Which is terrible when you have packages with them.

I am now out of pocket and my closest store is more than an hour away.
I asked for a refund and was told to go to the next closest location.

Will never use them again.

The Reading store closed and no notice was given when i bought the Manicure package and paid £175 . Windsor is not an option as I work full time. I haven’t had a response to several emails sent and I want my money back for unused treatments.

Was a print supplier for this company for several years and always provided a great service at very competitive pricing.
My Marketing contact left the business and then the unscrupulous RAWR owners knocked me for thousands of pounds by refusing to pay for work delivered. Even when I tried to pursue the debt owed via legal channels, they simply closed the previous firm and set up again skirting around the money owed. As a small business owner and single parent, found this deplorable. Especially seeing Linkedin posts of the owners having team drinks and meals in swanky restaurants......Disgusting.

Purchased a package deal and nothing was said when I purchased it. Have been using the Reading store for a few years. Next time I went back the store is gone. Closest is now Windsor. I contacted simply to ask for a refund of remaining credit as I can no longer use it and wasn’t told. Advised Windsor is ‘close’. lol. Driving 40minutes for a 5 minute threading appt is not reasonable and I wouldn’t have purchased the package if they had told me. Deliberately scamming people out of money loads of reviews say the same. They refuse to refund and then refuse to allow you to escalate as they just stop replying.

Chili was lovely, made me feel at ease and was very chatty, great customer service, love my red nails with a touch of cherry, they are absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend her, see you again soon 🤩

Hemi was very professional and waxed my eyebrows into a neat shape. she finished my wax with a quick brow massage. she also applied soothing aloe vera gel afterthe waxing. 1st class service.
