When I ordered the goods Iexpected to wait about 1 week,but recieved next day

My son's new scooter was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I was given a delivery slot by text and the parcel arrived on time. Cheapest price I could find for the Micro Sprite scooter.

my daughter was delighted with her heelys. dvd wich came with them was great. my 8 year old watched it a couple of times and she was off. grear fun.

i ordered my skates at 11 thursday morning and recieved them the next morning....fast delivery service, excellent quality skate at a descent price...cannot fault this website :-)

The skates came within a couple of days. We were kept updated by email and text regarding the delivery, so we knew when to be available. Product just as described - great overall experience!

Look good quality for price, but as they are a christmas present for my 5 year old, have not yet seen them been used.

I bought a pair of retro roller boots from RAWK for my daughters 11th birthday, they were quite cheaper than high street stores and she is over the moon with them!!

Ordered in the morning, got a call in early afternoon explaining that there would be a couple of days delay as item was out of stock but on order. Was immediately offered an alternative and staff were exceptionally helpful and patient as my choosy daughter dithered. Two calls later (from Rawk staff giving alternatives to ensure prompt next day delivery), my daughter agreed on an alternative and the goods arrived early the following day. Fantastic experience and would recommend them to everyone. It didn't feel like an internet shopping experience, more like a personal shopper. Many thanks Rawk !!!

i have just purchased my first Christmas present, a new scooter for my granddaughter. It had to be a specific model and Rawk not only had one in stock but also at the best price I could find. I ordered just after noon and the scooter was delivered the following day before noon! Excellent service and prices.

I have to say that it's been a very long time since I have had such great service. We are all under pressure in this fast moving world but I called into this company just before they had to get the sales ready for dispatch and they all went out of the way to make sure that my sons scooter was back to its best but even better by replacing and repairing a number of items. My son and I have recommended this business to everyone locally as you honestly would not do better going elsewhere.
