Quick service, very helpful.

Great service, friendly and helpful, and despite not knowing quite what I was ordering (replacement panels) they managed to help me find and design exactly the right thing. Finished product looks great.

Excellent service and timely delivery

Please be careful purchasing from this company.
We purchased a sound board from Rap Industries and chose a size and specification from the product drop down menu on their website. We selected the item from a drop down menu.

We received the sound board and it does not block any sound at all. As you can imagine, this is quite hard to swallow for a product that in total with delivery cost £300. We contacted Rap Industries on the Monday after we received the product on the Friday asking if we could return it for a refund (we probably would have purchased something else and ended up becoming a large customer for them!). They instantly said no as it was supposedly custom made and Consumer Rights distance selling rules did not apply to this product, even though it blocked no sound whatsoever. We didn't ask for this to be custom made, the board was a selected from a drop down on their website. I feel like we have been tricked here. We should be able to send this back for a full refund within a 14 day period. We even offered to send this back at our own cost! This is also not fit for purpose as it does not block any sound at all. We spoke to their staff on the telephone, it turns out one member we spoke to was the Company Director however she had no interested in helping us, she just fobbed us off saying that her colleague would call us back. We didn't receive a call back.

Please be careful buying from this company.

Vicky in sales was great.
The delivery was not. There were several emails to Vicky explaining that we would need the screens delivered to our door not kerb side and was told this would be fine. We had to have an argument with the drivers to get this done. I was told the screens would be delivered and two screws needed to be undone to get them off the delivery.
This was not the case they came on a huge palett that was heavy to dismantle.
What are we meant to do with it, would it have been that hard to take it away with you?!
Safe to say I will not be using you again and not recommending you to other NHS practices.

I've had good experiences before, but this time they sent the wrong colour of divider. The offered a refund, but now we've got one divider of a different colour... Not so nice.
Do better next time, ok?
