Delighted with the quality and size of the brackets - excellent. However, horrified at the cost of delivery for such small items. This company was the only one supplying what we wanted. Bought two pairs at £30 a pair, totalling £60. Because the total was over £58, the delivery for these two small items was £27. They arrived in a small courier van. We have never paid this amount for delivery on any item we have bought - particularly galling as the package was so small.

I bought a 2.7m wooden library ladder with hooks & wall bar to use as a semi-fixed ladder up to the attic. It arrived two weeks early than promised, and is exactly as expected. Sturdy, and looks great. Thank you!

I was mostly very pleased with my purchase and the process. However, I do think that £14.40 is an astronomical price to pay for delivery of an item that cost £14.52. The delivery was fine but wasn’t even next day. The item was an aluminium loft ladder pole which was only wrapped in black plastic so wasn’t a large parcel and didn’t weigh a great deal. This was the only place I could find that sold the pole I needed so there was no choice. So, generally pleased but would suggest using a cheaper courier or Royal Mail (unless of course the item requires a special service and if this is the case I accept that delivery might cost more).

Very well made shelf ladder, sturdy and good looking, with extremely confortable threads. Exquisite service, offering customised size aluminium handrails, clear varnish applied at no extra cost, good quality rubber feet installed for a reasonable fee, and incredibly fast delivery from the North-East of Scotland all the way to the South-East of England. The ladder arrived extremely well packaged, with the handrails left unattached, so I can place them in the desired position (sturdy bolts included). I was permanently kept informed about the progression of the order, and although the initial delivery date was estimated at 4 weeks, the product arrived within just a few days. A very impressive service, and a company whose standards should set an example for the whole country.
