Very happy with item I recently ordered from Raging Bull. Good quality at a fantastic price. Think I was lucky to get my size They send the items quickly but then it all goes wrong. The delivery company used are very bad. Not the only delivery company that is unreliable; it is the UK norm. I feel sorry for businesses that suffer at hands of UK parcel delivery companies. These businesses suffer, the delivery companies don't and couldn't care less

No directions for washing on the label, no indication of material used. Short sleeved sport shirt put it in a low heat drier and it shrunk and completely lost shape.

Only three colours from the t shirts I have brought from them actually fit like the photos and are worth it, grey marl, charcoal and green marl. The other colours vary wildly. The white t shirt is massive for some weird reason, the olive t shirt fits awful all over with a huge neck?, the teal was just bad quality. One of thier graphics t shirts was really short in length. Just give up.I brought a load of the ones that fit and decided to give up on this company and find a place where quality control matters.

Great quality clothing that look the part......I love recieving new items from Raging Bull.......not the cheapest....but the quality is 2nd to none!

Having recently acquired 3 tops for presents as part of a 3 for 2 offer and needing to exchange one for a larger size, I have been informed that I have to pay full price for the exchange as the offer is no longer running. Not impressed as impossible to know if a size is correct until tried on. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from Raging Bull again despite having made many purchases over recent years.

Love the clothing and was a regular buyer, unfortunately they now use DHL for deliveries which do not arrive when promised. I found the DHL experience so bad that I don't think I will be buying from Raging Bull again.

Purchased a Harrington jacket direct from these guys and left the them a fantastic review as it is really good after previously purchasing another jacket but this was through John Lewis. Both jackets really good quality and fit. As a guy I may not be the most savvy shopper but after I purchased the Harrington jacket a week or so after it is now 50% off and did complain about this and just got a standard response as below. Very disappointing as a returning customer and I would’ve purchased a lot more stuff but I did not think this was a sort of company to do drastic sales and everyone feels bitter after just purchasing a full price. Just leaves a very sour taste in one’s mouth.!! certainly will not be returning after the generic response below

I’ve been a customer of raging bull for quite some time,I am impressed with the tops.But the jeans are very disappointing. I have bought quite a few pairs and the pocket linings are very thin.a few of them have given way,and I have had to pick wallet,change etc up from the floor. Had to bin about 3 pairs. Very poor quality.

Had an issue with a parcel not being delivered. I raised an issue on their site and they called back within 24hours. The woman was very friendly and wanted to help. The issue was with the courier but they offered to resend the items

Currently have five plus products, gilets and fleeces are gorgeous, a little pricey but the quality is good as far as I have experienced. In store experience is also good. Sizes are sometimes snug though so I’d size up if between sizes

14 working days and I have still received a refund for my return.

Ordered a thick cardigan, a twill shirt and a corduroy shirt in the sale - all items at half price.
All items arrived within a couple of days and are of a lovely quality.
I’m very happy with my purchases and would certainly order from Raging Bull again.

Amazing customer service. Ordered two tops at a great price in the Black Friday sale but one was too big. Went to reorder replacement but price had gone up so emailed customer services and had a very quick response as to how to get an exchange. Free Royal Mail return and replacement delivered within 5 days.

Ordered hoodie through their Ebay shop on Monday 21st. This was supposed to be sent within 2-3 days. Didn't hear anything by Thursday so messaged them. No reply or delivery by Monday so check their Ebay site to discover there are no items listed for sale and the site is empty. The hoodie is now available on their web site for £14 more. As a long-standing customer, I am really shocked by this.

Update: I have spoken to Nicky (?) at the Customer Services department who has been very helpful and has sent the order over to the warehouse. If it does arrive (apparently they only have one left in stock), I will update and amend review accordingly.

I was gifted two Raging Bull rugby shirts from the Autumn/Winter 2023 range last Christmas, which are now no longer available

I have yet to wear one, but have worn the other a few times, probably less than a dozen times!

I do like the quality and weight of these ruggers, however, I was very disappointed that after such little wear (and associated washing), the elastic in both cuffs seems to have completely given up, whereby the sleeves fall down and completely cover my hands!

I did not expect such a defect from a supposed 'premium' product, and questioned the company about my findings and also to give them the right of reply. To say I was given short shrift, would be an understatement! The company motto is 'Integrity, Pride & Passion', none of which was present in the one line response I received from them. They simply weren't interested in my observations, end of!

Now, I wear rugby shirts a lot, and all I will say is, just because it costs more, doesn't make it better! There is plenty of choice out there, and I would (and will!) look elsewhere in future.

Bought pair of shorts from John Lewis and supplied ‘direct from manufacturer’

Really poor quality and can only assume that they were seconds. Some stitching at rear had obviously been repaired at the ‘sweat shop’ but here’s the catch- if you try and repair cobalt blue stitching, use a suitable colour of thread, not WHITE. Going straight back and never again. Have cracking photos but it won’t let me upload here which will save their blushes a bit

Can’t comment on the quality as i have still not received the items. Advertised with Royal Mail 48 Hr delivery, this is an absolute joke as when tracking, the last 4 days entries have been listed at different dates and times as being at their Jubilee MC !

Contacted customer services & they just sent me a screen shot of 1 of the entries.

They obviously can’t be bothered.

When the order eventually turns up I’ll be returning it straight away for a refund ( lets see how long that will take ) !

I have worn RB clothing for several years and always found the quality very good. However now disappointed with the length of the shirts and polos. Being a little longer in the body (so I’m told) I have found RB clothing that little bit longer than standard clothing found on the high street. This was great as shirts remained tucked in when required to be in not out. This no longer appears to be the case and all recent purchases of shirts and polos seem to be about 50mm shorter in the body than they use to be. Now started to look in other shops on the high street that provide a longer range in shirts. This is disappointing as RB was always the right length. Seems everybody is cutting down on size or quality these days and an RB is no different.

Really happy with the shorts and tshirts for my son,so much so just ordered another pair of shorts.

I was looking for some polo tops and t-shirts, particularly ones that have some decent weight in the fabric and length to them. Bought 3 t shirst, 2 polos and a zip top. Managed to catch the sale as well. Order arrived today. Really can't complain. All fits well. Would certainly consider buying again, particularly if I can catch them on offer!
