Fast and professional service
Fast and professional service. The ordered tests were posted quickly with clear instructions, and then were reported on promptly once returned. The results report was easy to read and included details of required actions.
It would have been useful to know when the tests had been posted as they were going to the vendor of the property I am purchasing but otherwise the transaction was smooth and the customer service team were very helpful in answering my questions about delivery

From the first contact with Sarah at Radon Protection through until the job was complete, I found Sarah and the company to be totally professional. Sarah was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and kept me up todate, particularly during the current virus situation.
The system was installed today by Leigh who was on time, did a good job and explained all to me.

Very Professional
Sarah and the team have been very helpful and professional throughout the process, which included having to delay the installation because of Covid-19 and answering all our questions about where to fit the equipment and taking in to consideration the required social distancing with my family at the house. The team that did the actual installation were also very professional in discussing and agreeing with me the finer details of the installation, which was done to a very high standard.

Fantastic helpful hardworking company
We received fantastic service from Radon Protection UK right from first speaking to them to us having the work carried out. They took the time to thoroughly investigate our radon issue to implement the best remedial works. They were also very understanding when we had to postpone the works due to my son being unwell and were happy to arrange the work when suited us best. I can't recommend them enough, fantastic customer service and great job done!

I highly recommend this company
I highly recommend this company. We received fantastic customer service. After our radon test results came back high I contacted Radon Protection UK for help. There quickly came out to assess our needs and answered all questions we had. As I was due to have a baby they quickly arranged for the work to take place. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful. We’ve just had our new test results back and levels have dropped from over 500 to around 30.

Great knowledge and excellent service delivery. Took the time to explain fully before allowing time for us to make a decision, no pressure at all. Onsite work experience was efficient and friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.
