I am a client from 3 yars and i stay 2 hours whaiting at the phone ...and after this tell me for change my vehicle i must pay 160£ ....and is not posible to add this amont to nex payment....because i only have 2 month stil my insurance will finish...🤣🙈

It is important to clarify that the figure the additional premium required by the insurer is due to a change in the risk. This can include by many factors surrounding the new vehicle details, however this is completely outside of our control and the premiums terms are set by insurers, so we do feel your comments are unfair in this regard. As a broker we charge a nominal fee which is fully disclosed to you in our Terms of Business and can also be found on our website. Similarly when you pay be monthly instalments, these agreement are the responsibility of the finance company as we do not provide credit directly (we are only a credit broker). For any changes to your policy including change of registration number you will be required to pay ADMINISTRATION FEE X 2.
This is apparently because they charge one fee as being a broker and the charge by the insurance provider. TO AVOID FUTURE ISSUES NEXT TIME BUY INSURANCE DIRECTLY.
Below they will reply saying it says on the back of every letter. But which letter? You don't get any letters as everything is online. Also regardless whatever it says at the back of each so called letters, there are other brokers out there and you NEVER, EVER pay DOUBLE administrative fees.
AVOID MILESTONE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Your worth depends on who you get
If you get Caroline or Shauna, you’re in fantastic hands. They should be running the company. They treat you so well.
If you get Nathan? Go somewhere else. An official complaint for him and compliments for Caroline & Shauna has been emailed in.
I’m genuinely shocked and angry at how i was spoken to by him. Hopefully it’s a case of he was having a bad day but i somehow doubt it.

Miss sold me insurance and 2days after I told them you miss sold me insurance I would like to cancelled I paid £380 deposit been told I will have £35 refund out of £380. For goodness sake don't make an error on anything as they will charge you £37.59 for a 2 minute job on computer to change a date for when I bought my car, which was 2 yrs ago....how can they justify it????
Everything else was good and they were patient in waiting for what they needed off me....I guess I was angry at the time....that's why I'm changing my star review as I think it's only fair.

There are many factors that insurers take in to account when calculating their premium and the date the vehicle was purchased is one of them. Once this was corrected unfortunately it did increase the premium slightly as the discount given was reduced. It wasn't about just correcting the date, this of course wouldn't have been charged for but the premium itself increased as you hadn't owned the vehicle as long and as such this was a charge from the insurer and not Milestone as your broker. I hope this explains the reason for the additional premium but if you would like to discuss this any further please call the Customer Service Team on 0113 2582219.

Holding NCD proof as ransom
When i got my insurance they fitted a camera. After a year renewal quote was too expensive so I went to a different provider.
I asked for my ncd proof in 2 emails which they didnt reply to. I then called them as my new insurer needed proof of this. They then told me they will not release the ncd proof until they get the camera back. The lady on the phone could not tell me why ncd proof cannot be released before the return of camera and neither could she explain why none of this info was provided at point of sale or with the documents provided. Treating customers fairly is a FCA regulation and so is providing proper information and care before and after the point of sale which they did not do.
