Fantastic Customer Service Above and Beyond The Norm.
After buying from this Website last summer i got FIRST CLASS service from their after-care team....they went through all features of my product, sent me manuals and took time to chat on the phone about any issues i was having....
I wanted to upgrade my product after a year and have had the exact same brilliant service this time around....they were in touch with me constantly without any promise of getting an order out of me (which is TRUE customer service)
I have since taken the leap to stop ordering off all my other badminton websites and use Racquet Depot exclusively and that is due to their great range, competitive price but above all else; UNRIVALLED before and after service!
Looking forward to dealing with them in the future!

Amazing prices and service
I have just placed my fifth order with Racquet Depot. Their service and prices are so good that I no longer look anywhere else and this is from someone who would think nothing of researching prices/specifications on the internet for three or four hours for a £20 item!
Although they are an internet seller they have been so helpful to me both over the phone and by email
I have no hesitation in recommending Racquet Depot and will continue to use them as my first and only choice for strings and accessories
