I rarely write a review but the service from r2 bathrooms was prompt, outstanding and remarkable, so it would be rude not to.
A cabinet mirror door had some minor moisture ingress after around six years. I enquired about a replacement and within a few days a new door arrived. No fuss, no excuses and no charge. That is after sales service at its best.

On the recommendation of a friend, I ordered a R2 Radar Toilet and belatedly then looked for reviews on line. I found the one posted here which caused me some concern. However I need not have worried - we have been using it for over 3 weeks now and it is excellent. It flushes very efficiently using very little water compared to conventional designs. I can strongly recommend it.

r2bathrooms also known as roperrhodes Radar rimless WC is supposed to be easy to clean, trust me it is not. We decided to have a new bathroom fitted and were going for luxury as it is not something we plan on doing again. As I have physical disabilities I wanted everything to be easy to clean so you can imagine my delight when I found this in a brochure "The Easi-Clean rimless design makes it exceptionally hygienic and easy to clean internally as well." Also according to the website "The rimless Easi-Clean design of the pan makes it exceptionally hygienic and a simple wipe of the rim means that there is nowhere for germs to hide. Water is projected around the bowl to reach every part and ensure it's completely clean."

Many delays with the order of the loo including our one being allocated to someone else meant that we have the bathroom furniture & 5ft towel radiator stored in our small lounge for many weeks but this was only the start of the problems. When we finally received our toilet and had our lovely new bathroom fitted after flushing the loo I was horrified to discover that it was not clean at all. Further more you had to use the double flush when just doing a pee, and when you did 'number two's' the loo had to be double flushed up to four times just to get rid of everything. In the past six months since it has been fitted we have had to call the drains people out four times.

I contacted the company who gave us an endless list of checks to carry out in an attempt to fix the problem. We had to get the bathroom fitter round three times to carry out these checks and tests, including taking the loo apart and sending a video of the toilet being flushed. Many emails back and forth, six weeks later and nothing has changes.

How do these companies get away with advertising goods that do not do what they say they will? This has all been a total nightmare and I am now at the stage of wishing that we had our old bathroom back.
