That’s the positive experience we love to provide.
It should be easier to find the payment method.
It should be more obvious what credit card is being used to pay for this order. Amazon has a section about payment, showing which card (last 4 numbers ) will be used with a link to change it. I just see the button to complete the order. Maybe it's there, but it is not obvious to me.

Several attempts were denied. We were asked to check our credit card and it was all in correct. I even deleted it and re-entered it and your software still would not allow us to pay by credit card and submit our order. The only way to get the order in was to have us billed. Not sure if this was a system glitch or not.

I placed an order with quill a month…
I placed an order with quill a month ago. I received an email that I had net 30 and the order was being sent. My net 30 was not approved and I received no email about that while I waited for my order to be delivered. I called 10 days ago and spoke to somebody and he took my credit card number so that the order would be processed. He never processed it. Again I waited for my order. Now I went online and did it myself. I'm very discouraged to deal with quill
