Au telefoane care sunt blocate pe reteaua Verizon si daca le inapoiezi, serviciul de retur o sa gaseasca motive sa iti traga cateva sute de lei.

Acest site (magazin online) vinde produse destinate pentru China ...nu mai pacăliți oamenii, specificați ce fel de produse vindeți. Am cumpărat un iPhone de la voi și surpriza....dacă mergi la reprezentanta cu o problema, nu te bagă in seama deoarece produsul este destinat pentru piața din Asia! Deci garanția de un an de la producător, nu este valabilă! Sunteți o companie ‘mare’ și foarte serioasă...încerc sa va contactez la nr de tel afișat pe site și iarăși surpriza...aveți toți angajații in tele-munca!

I am pleased with their services. I ordered a blue Samsung A51 and after delivery, my husband decided that he wanted the phone on black. So the next day they sent them an email to see what they can do to change the phone. They sent me the courier, they took my phone, and two days later I got the black one.

Worst experience ever! Never buy from them!

This is the worst place you can buy something like for real. Their prices are quite good compared to the competitors however when you get something defect, the service is that bad that you won't get a new one back ever, they will just keep bs-iting for months, and you end up with the amount paid (the best case) or nothing in some cases. Worst service you can encounter on the planet.

I Ordered a Sony Xperia 5 ii and for more than 10 days order status didn't change (waiting for supplier .. I don't know for what?) But I think the phone was not ready
This is not the main issue .. it's possible the delay

The issue in my case that I keep calling and sending messages, emails but no answer at all .. like I am speaking with dead people
That makes me consider what I do in case I need return back the phone for any reason

So I decided to cancel the order and save my 1000 usd from being lost with quickmobile.ro

Un site de tepari! Nu recomand. Daca aveti o problema cu un produs cumparat de pe acest site, nu se rezolva!

Am trimis retur o pereche de Airpods Pro (pentru ca nu imi stau ok in ureche) si mi-au cerut bani pentru schimbarea carcasei (450 lei) pe motiv ca este zgariata si vor sa o înlocuiască. What?! Nu mi se pare normal sa înlocuiască piese si sa vanda produsul la preț întreg ca si produs nou, pentru ca evident nu este. Deci luati-va gandul de la un retur, iar daca va riscati aveti grija ce produs modificat va trimit.

In the beginning, they talk, they make you customer, try to reply fast and everything for a future business cooperation.
From the moment that you will send the money - and they need to ship the order - they dont reply although they read the messages.
You pay for express - and after 1 week they havent sent the package. IF you receive it, who knows what will have inside.
The case has been forwarded to my lawyer department and i will chase them until the end.

Orderd an IPhone Pro Max ... said 30 days to return it on the page... when I wanted to return it after aprox 19 days and the page was not working I called and they said you have to notify them in 14 days and then you have 16 more days to send i t back... so total scam...

1)Account manager I got was unresponsive and ignored any message relating to issues I had with my order.

2) There is no department for business customers to go to when there is an issue other than email & direct contact with your account manager. Emails are not answered and account managers do not answer (In my experience)

3) They falsely advertised a Xiaomi home cinema system, sending me an incomplete set. (missing the long soundbar) . When I pointed this out to my account manager, he, in a very rude manner, told me that the ad "clearly shows a sub and 2 speakers". Imagine I had to actually point out to him that two out of the three pictures showed the missing part. Then they updated the website to only show the two speakers but luckily I took screenshots. Absolutely appalling mischievous behavior.

3) I was waiting over two weeks for my order, which arrived with up to half the products missing. I was not informed this was going to happen. Was left confused and my complaints fell on deaf ears.

4) I had to call the sales department to express all my concerns as previously mentioned, no one answers emails or messages. The woman said she would ensure my email would get to the area manager who did not have the decency to reply to me with an apology or anything of the sort.

5) I asked for a new AM that would actually help me and imagine even this was not done after numerous emails & calls.

I could write for hours on the terrible experience I had dealing with this company & in my 10 years in the business, I have never dealt with such an amateur, terribly run company.

I only wish I read the reviews on this company before spending a cent. I believe every single negative review & I would strongly question the authenticity of any positive review for this company.

After discussing this and showing all my messages, emails, etc... to other business owners, a few of us came to one conclusion which is worth considering if you are a business dealing with this company.

We strongly believe that Quickmobile will:
-Show you a fancy catalog full of great products and reasonable prices.
-You then will place an order.
-You will be sent a fraction of your order and will be led on each day and will be met with radio silence for the most part concerning the rest of your order.
-If you are a busy person this is time-consuming & stressful.

The idea, in our opinion, is that hopefully, for Quickmobile, some people will simply give up fighting for their order or refund which will then leave this company with your money.

I had to threaten legal action & make my inquiries public on their Facebook page. It was only after doing this they seemed to become responsive.

Am plasat o comandă pe data de 2 August datorită singurului review de 5 stele al produslui XIAOMI
Redmi Note 8 Dual Sim Fizic 64GB LTE 4G Alb 4GB RAM care promitea respectarea celor 7 zile lucrătoare în care se va desfășura livrarea. Când am încercat să le las un comentariu, nu numai că mi-au șters cuvântul „update” din conținut, dar mi-au restricționat și accesul pe site. Ca să nu mai zic de sistemul lor de triere al comentariilor...ce frumos e să aleagă doar ce le convine, asta da firmă serioasă!
Eu am comandat de la ei fiindcă am vrut să i-l fac cadou mamei cât mai repede, înainte să plec, dar rău am făcut.

Este 13 August si produsul nu a sosit.. Mi s-a zis, după ce i-am contactat și fără a-și cere nimeni scuze, că telefonul va ajunge cel târziu mâine, 14 August. Exact 7 zile lucrătoare în cap! Când i-am întrebat ce măsuri se vor lua dacă timpul de așteptare se prelungește, nu a mai răspuns nimeni.

Dacă nu v-am convins încă, mai am câteva motive contra:

1. sistemul lor de status comandă nu e construit în favoarea consumatorului, ci arată mai degrabă ca niște actualizări inutile, vreo 3 una după alta care nu anunță cine știe ce, cel puțin nu ce te interesează cu adevărat- că ți-a fost înregistrată comandă, ca a fost preluată și când va ajunge;

2. cei de la customer service nu știu să își ceară scuze iar site-ul lor nu are nici-un banner despre Covid și posibilele întârzieri ori măsuri de siguranță implementate, ci doar mesaje promoționale de sus până jos pentru că firma lor are consumatorul în centrul ei, au demonstrat-o bine;

3. ai 14 zile să returnezi produsul dar va trebui să plătești 19.99 euro pe curierat iar banii ăștia îți vor fi deduși din suma totală achitată; pentru că există taxe de nemulțumire la ei, pare-se...și supărat și cu banii luați!

4. nu respectă termenul de livrare; am vrut să fie o surpriză pentru mama și să fiu și eu prezentă când ajunge dar evident nu mi-a ieșit;

5. dacă nu scrii ceva de bine pe site-ul lor, posibil să nu îți accepte review-ul;

I have placed an order on the 2nd of August based on the only available 5-star review they allow on the product's page. I have also tried to leave a review, which, as you can guess, wouldn't have benefited them. Not only that it was presumably "scheduled for approval" but they also blocked the word "update" and temporarily suspended my IP's access to the website.

My dissatisfaction revolves around the fact that their page advertises a 7 working day shipping. It is now the 13th of August and the package is said to be shipped tomorrow. Will live and see!

I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them because as I tried to raise it in my feedback:

1. the order status system is not in the consumer's best interest, just a bunch of useless machine-generated updates instead of the clear "order confirmed, order dispatched and order delivered" ;
2. customer service did not apologize for any delay nor did they answer to my pertinent question on what measures will they take if the order doesn't arrive on Friday (the 14th) either? Also, there is no message on their website about COVID delays or safety measures, just promotional messages from top to bottom to show just how much they care about their customers!
3. if you want to return the product in the available 14 days, 19.99 euros will be deducted from the total sum you spent;
4. my experience as a buyer was ruined and all the more as this was a gift for my mum that I wanted to be present for when it arrives;
5. your reviews might not be approved;

Ordered an apple 5watch. They said in 7 working days will arrive. After 5 days I wrote them to confirm me that is going to arrive in time as it was for a gift. They saud will arrive. After 7 days they told me is on the way, and after I wrote them again ti confirm me, they didn’t answer. Called me back to tell me the order still is on the way, but told them is to late. Replyed to me that they can’t controle the delivery amd is not their fault. Hears that all products come with problem, they don’t give warranty, and if they do, the product never gets repaired or returned. It’s a scam! Don’t order! Pay 20-30€ more on other site, but stay safe and get warranty! This is a money laundry site!

Comandat produs și achitat online, livrare in 7 zile sau mai rapid daca achiți online (cel puțin așa zic pe site). După o săptămână jumătate mă anunță că încă nu pot livra, mă atunță pt că am întrebat eu, că după ei mai mult că sigur stăteam și o lună și ei n-ar fi zis nimic. Deci bănuiesc că o să primesc abia în a treia săptămână de la livrare. Își cer scuze cu un voucher cadou de 50 de lei pe care îl poti folosi daca mai cumperi ceva de 250 de lei:))), asta da cadou! :)) O rușine!

They are very bad. More than one month ago I received a phone and a case. The phone arrived but the case didn't. I wrote them an email and they said they are going to refund - this is the 5th time they are saying this, and still no refund. I will never order from them again.

Am achiziționat căștile Airpods pro de la acest magazin online.
Am încercat sa le dau retur așa cum scrie pesite ca o pot face.
Quickmobile NU SUNT PROFESIONISTI.
Căștile fiind absolut noi și nefolosite.
Am trimis căștile retur , iar cei de la magazinul respectiv care le verifica mi-au trimis o poza cum ca aceste casti sunt zgâriate și folosite.
Iar dânșii mi-au oferit prețul de 700 de RON pe ele.
In condițiile in care eu am plătit 1300ron.

Lowest type of seller possible. Horrible service, dishonest promoting of items and services...very very bad. Do not buy from them
