I have now had four engineer visits and still not sorted each engineer tells me something different. Two could not leave quick enough and set my stations up for wrong area and spent one and half hours... Mehr ansehen

the BT/Qube Engineer Stephen was very polite and was very approachable. His knowledge helped him find our box was faulty and after replacing and some issues resolved our pixelating issues, overall Stephen was very helpful and proffessional

excellent service

Jason was very clear as to what the issue was.he resolved it and even got the broadband working fast

10 out of 10 for politeness and service-he even asked if it was ok if he was to come in in his boots!

Totally excellent

Phoned beforehand. Arrived on time. Polite, supportive (we aren't spring chickens 🙂) and extremely efficient. Liaised with BT on our behalf and sorted everything out. Different league to Open Reach in our experience. Cannot recommend Veet the engineer more highly.

had an opointment on Saturday 18th of…

had an opointment on Saturday 18th of March 07:00 to 09:00 got a text on Friday afternoon 17th telling me they had no engineer I rang the number provided to book an engineer and wasted that the earliest would be the 27th of march the service is rubbish talktalk complaint on its way I have had no internet since the 13th of March

Jordon Fiore ID: QE0619 gets 5 stars from me. He phoned to say he would be 20 minutes late, arrived when he said he would, was friendly and efficient and got the Wifi up and working quickly. Before he left he made sure that all disks and phones were working. Very professional efficient service, thank you.

Very impressed!

Had Moataz the home tech expert visit today to help with a problem with the apps. He was punctual, friendly and professional. Sorted out the problem in no time. Excellent service!

QubeGB don’t even know their own phone number, why are they trusted with BT customers?

If BT prides itself on ‘excellent’ customer service, why are they using QubeGB! BT’s unbreakable broadband broke and it’s taking their engineers at QubeGB 2 weeks to get their act together for an engineer visit! Appalling- left for a week without internet, then a cancelled engineer appointment. Now asked to wait another 6 days for an engineer. Text messages from QubeGB don’t even get their own phone number right - instead they direct customers to Ford Assist and local Ford dealership!!

Cancelled by text the morning of the appointment, very poor quality customer service. Raising a complaint directly with BT. It’s a huge shame as I can see many other customers are affected by the subcontractor. I hope Bt tenders this service to other suppliers with better quality service.

engineer never bothered turning up !! when contacted the number the operator was Kurt, rude and said she had no other bookings available, then hang up.

why oh! why is BT using this inapt and rude company !!!

Wish I hadn’t heard of QUBE GB

Booked with BT for a Home Tech Engineer, booked on 11th Oct and first date available was 26th Oct between 4pm & 6pm. Lots of emails
and texts messages leading up to appointment as a reminder and I took time off work to be at home. 25 minutes before appointment I get a text message from Qube GB saying they have a problem and can I call them straight away. Not sure why they couldn’t call me, guess cheaper for me to call them - what if I was out the room When text message went off and never heard it… Anyway I called and you het an automatic message saying you’ll be answered ASAP, after 20 mins I get through. I guess the length of waiting time shows how awful there customer service is and no doubt other people being let down. Anyway, engineer cannot come and has been rebooked for 5th November. No apology, no explanation, no understanding, basically it’s not their problem. I tried to esculate, but all supervisors were busy and it was left that they would call me back in 30 minutes. You don’t need to be a genius to guess what happened next (or didn’t happen), yes NO phone call. Called BT, guy I spoke to was apologetic and to be honest helped. But to be honest I cannot see how QUBE GB can treat people this way, I know things happen, I know this because I work in Logistics as a Transport Manager but you try to
Put things right with the customer. Not QUBE GB, they couldn’t care as long as the work still comes
Through from BT or Talk Talk. I’ve got BT open reach coming out on 28th as this could be the problem and don’t need QUBE GB & hopefully they can fix the problem. I’ll keep the appointment with QUBE GB on the 5th Nov and
Let them turn up and I can waste their time… petty I know but that’s how they’ve treated me today.

Cancelled appointment with zero notice

TalkTalk sent them in to replace my router and check my line. The earliest Qube appointment available was SEVEN DAYS after reporting the fault. I received a text at 07:20 that day to confirm they'd arrive between 07:00 and 09:00. At 08:30, they rang to say the technician wouldn't be coming and the next available appointment was ANOTHER week later. This time, they were late - but at least the technician rang me to say so - because his previous job was over 30 miles away. Clearly Qube's logistics don't take travelling time into account.

The technician (nice enough lad but a bit wet behind the ears) installed the replacement router, which worked. But he also (unnecessarily) replaced my master socket but didn't have a drill to fix the (larger) box to the wall - so he left it hanging by one screw into an existing hole. I asked him to remove the ancient GPO box where the incoming cable terminated - he said only Openreach could do that. So what was the point of sending out this bunch of wasters anyhow? Black mark to TalkTalk also: if they'd posted the new router as I originally requested, the issue would have been resolved much earlier. The result was no broadband AT ALL for a fortnight! (23/09/2022 to 07/10/2022 incl.)

Nearly 4 weeks without internet and still waiting

Qube engineer booked via BT to look at my broadband which was not working. First appointment was nearly 2 weeks later on a Sunday. Cancelled my weekend plans, only for them to cancel on the Saturday as their engineer was sick. Called their number to re-arrange and said I had to talk to BT as no appointments. Spoke to BT and first appointment was two weeks later. Pushed BT to get an appointment sooner as Qube had cancelled me - Qube refused POINT BLANK to give me an earlier appointment. So will have had no internet (or TV) for 4 weeks. Due on Monday, so we shall see.

Engineer visit went as planned

Engineer visit went as planned - engineer kept in contact with me throughout the day until arrival. He respected my property by wearing overshoes, explaining that he couldn't remove his boots for Health & Safety reasons. Spent nearly an hour at my home, made me feel like he was interested in what I had to say and appeared genuinely concerned with the issues I was facing with my broadband.

I would not hesitate to recommend QubeGB to others, very helpful bunch!

Home optimization

I recently had an engineer out to optimize my wi-fi set up. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and really helped me to understand what he was actually doing! He arrived on-time and cleaned up after himself and was generally just really professional. My Wi-fi has improved across the house and I would definitely recommend.

Home Wifi Optimisation Visit

I had Mario attend my home address for a home wifi Optimisation , he was very helpful and polite . talked me through the process and the app which was required to run the mesh system he installed to cover my sweet spots.(thanks Mario) I would highly recommend QubeGB service centre staff who fitted my appointment with in my working day. I would highly recommend Qube GB

Engineer visit to install WiFi…

Engineer visit to install WiFi boosters. He was polite and knowledgeable and arrived in the time slot I had been provided. He made sure I understood what he had installed and what to do if I had any issues.

Brilliant Start To Finish!

Mario arrived on time and kept me in the loop when on route, he was a very knowledgeable engineer and talked me through each step of my device installation/setup. He also walked me through the use of the app to manage my devices and positioned my equipment in the "sweet spot" to ensure maximum coverage in the home.

QubeGB were a delight to deal with throughout my whole experience and are extremely professional and their willingness to help is fantastic, the Contact Centre is a real credit to the company. They even managed to schedule my visit for a date and time suitable to my working schedule!

Would 100% recommend to a friend!

A Qube engineer came to my house to assist with my WiFi speeds. He was very knowledgeable and worked his magic to improve both the speed and coverage throughout the property. I now have excellent experience and I am a satisfied customer.
