We purchased a lovely Emerald Green Jaguar XK 150 2008 in March and had great service from the initial visit to purchase. The car was in great condition I did a test drive with Stevie also the car had been well valeted. Bradley kindly picked up my wife and I at the station when we came to collect the car. A really relaxed and good experience.

My first contact with Quality Cars Today (QCT) was by phone call. It was a Thursday afternoon, and Bradley answered my enquiry. The car, which I had expressed an interest in looking at, had just been made available. It was a Lexus LS 460 SE-L from 08, with just over 55,000 miles on the odometer. I arranged to see the car on the following Monday. I drove around 130 miles to get to QCT and examine the pristine example on offer.

At the very secure QCT premises, I was given time to look at the car. I then spent some time with Courtney answering my questions and paying a small deposit to secure the chosen car. Everything discussed between Courtney and me happened when it was supposed to. The car underwent a new MOT to address an issue previously noted as an advisory.

My car was offered in part-exchange and accepted by QCT. The purchased car was prepared for delivery, and I was to receive the vehicle on Thursday, 5th February. I was notified on the 4th of February that the delivery vehicle would not be available to transport my purchase on the 5th. As the delivery date had been agreed, Bob was prepared to drive to my home in the new car. He would collect the part-exchanged vehicle from my home address and take it to QCT.

On Thursday, 5th February, the Lexus arrived and was handed to me. It was beautifully prepared and was accompanied by two keys, plus comprehensive complete service documentation. Courtney had arranged for my VED to be paid, leaving nothing more required to complete the transaction.

When the car was delivered to my home address, I was free to drive it from that moment forward. In more than 40 years of buying cars, I have never experienced such an easy transaction. It was managed for me from start to finish by Bradley, Courtney, and Bob.

The whole team is effective, efficient, and very friendly. I would recommend QCT to any person considering buying a prestige car. For people who live at some distance from QCT's premises, do not worry, because they know their business very well. It was my great pleasure to deal with this very professional company.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who facilitated my purchase from QCT. I am now enjoying driving this top-of-the-range Lexus V8. It is a stunning car and one that I know pleases SWMBO.

It is great when you get knowledge and expertise when looking at cars you'd like to buy. We went to look at one car but ended up buying a different vehicle which was more relevant to our needs. (I still want to buy the original car we went to see )but my wife got priority in the queue...
I have newver seen a car dealership with such detail on cars including srvice history,MoT,and loads of other detail. Product l#knowledge was great and the team of Ryan,Stevie and Courtney went over and above in their knowledge and professionalism. There is absolutely no problem with buying my next car here! Professionalism,Knowledge and service are all top class choice is extensive. They even anticipated stuff that I should have known about and did not hide anything. I bought an Audi from these people viewed online. It is a family run business and my first contact was. With Bradley who was quick to answer any questions I had. When purchased a gentleman called Bob delivered it to my home. What a nice guy, he patiently waited whist I checked the car was as listed. It was ,so I bought it. A couple of very minor items came up and Bradley was very helpful in sorting these out. All in all a good experience. I would buy again from this company.

I have just bought a third car from Quality Cars Today. I am an enthusiast and enjoy dealing with fellow enthusiasts who really do know about the cars that they sell, so buying a car from QCT is an enjoyable experience. I have never encountered any hard sell or pressure: viewings and test drives are generous - you can take as long as you want - and any faults found are put right. Mileages are genuine and guaranteed and every car is serviced and MoTd before collection.

THE BEST INDEPENDENT CAR DEALER I have ever dealt with in the 🇬🇧...by far. Yesterday, I drove for six hours to trade in my beautiful in outstanding condition XJL PORTFOLIO for a modern classic 2005 XJ SOVEREIGN. Quality Cars Today stock cars in unbelievable top notch condition and my [new] beautiful rare 2005 [x350] V6 SOVEREIGN with an impeccable full service history - fully documented, though not perfect, is almost perfect. The owner Ryan is extremely proud of his dealership and wants only to please. A huge compliment must go to Courtney. She did ALL the paperwork including a new road tax licence for my new x350 Sovereign. NOTHING was too much trouble for her. A large portion of Ryan's pristine stock is parked indoors. I only have three words for Quality Cars Today: Quality - Quality - Quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This company agreed to buy my vehicle via Motorway. Service was rubbish and it took two weeks to arrange a collection and then when they arrived they said they had changed their mind because of some minor damage to the bonnet, which had been clearly disclosed and photographed on the Motorway listing. The owner then refused to answer his phone to Motorway or his own staff member, Completely untrustworthy with poor service.

Great customer service, highly recommend them
