I wanted to leave an honest review of my experience with Quality Autos in Rainham.

When I bought the car, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the problems started the very next day. I reported the main issue immediately, which was a noise when turning the steering wheel, and took the car back for inspection. They asked me to leave it with them for a few days, which I did, but when I collected the car, the same problem was still there.

I contacted them again and took the car back for a second inspection. This time, I was told the noise was not a steering issue and that I would have to pay for new suspension, as well as replace the non-standard wheels and tyres with standard ones.

What I don’t understand is that the car was sold to me with those non-standard wheels already fitted, and it also came with a 3-month warranty. I reported the fault the day after buying the car, yet I was told over the phone, “You didn’t buy a brand new car,” and that I would have to pay for the repairs myself.

I’ve made several long journeys back and forth, spending time and money on fuel, and the original problem still hasn’t been resolved.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Quality Autos. I expected that a fault reported immediately after purchase would be properly investigated and dealt with under the warranty, rather than being told to pay for repairs myself.

I picked up mine Suzuki Jimny 5 doors from Quality Auto Select, i deal with Nasheed and Sumbal, both are very professional and very understanding. As I am slightly hard of hearing, everything is taken care off and handle everything very easily and professionally. They also recommended an insurance company for imported cars, which was very good and all the extras I wanted on vehicle, they took care of it. Without reservation I would recommend Quality Auto Select Ltd.
