Reasonable delivery service, as expected for 48 hour post. I loved the way that the colours were organised in the packaging in a rainbow order. Gorgeous little touches for a pleasing unboxing experience 🌈😍

My order eventually arrived which was exactly what I had ordered . But it took 3 weeks to arrive .. After me chasing by e mail Linda said she had to get more from the supplier . My main gripe is that Linda should have let me know she didn’t have what I ordered in stock and there is no phone number to contact the company which is ridiculous and e mails are not answered promptly . If Linda had informed me straight away that there was a supply issue I would have at least known the situation . You need a contact phone number, and to offer an address to write to is just not the way forward . Maybe you need to take this on board fir the future .

Have used Purplelinda Crafts frequently and always received excellent service. Good value, great product, excellent customer support.

I have used Purplelinda several times over the years and I have always found the company to be reliable and offering a very good service. I was therefore very surprised to read the numerous negative reviews.
Even replies to queries have always been handled with speed (never had to wait more than 24 hours).
The quality of their products is excellent and I will continue using them.

My mum ordered yarn for me 2 months ago still didn't receive and no information when we can expect delivery. We are forced to ask for money back. Its better to avoid this company they are more companies in the market with the same products. This company don't care about they clients.

I've been ordering from this website for years and never had a problem. My latest order was placed on 28 May and arrived on 3 June, which I thought was excellent given it was the Bank Holiday weekend. There was nothing missing and I even got a free pattern with the order.

Poor follow up service. Placed an order over Christmas and it arrived quite speedily, considering the time of year and covid. But it was missing one item and despite many unanswered emails, 5 months later I have yet to receive the missing item. And can’t find a phone number anywhere. The missing item wasn’t hugely valuable but it’s annoying to be short and it’s the lack of response that annoys me.

Do not buy from this company.
There is absolutely no customer service at all. There is no reply to emails. My order took so long to come - and when I mean so long I mean weeks. I enquired several times by email but there was no reply. I then requested to cancel my order but again no reply. There is no way of contacting Purplelinda by phone. When the order eventually arrived I didn't even open it but sent it straight back as I had found the wool elsewhere. So Purplelinda not only had to pay for the delivery but I had to pay for the return - we were both out of pocket. The refund was not forthcoming and in the end I had to contact my payment card provider who refunded the money. All in all a complete waste of time. I am not sure how this company is allowed to continue trading. I suggest Purplelinda at least starts reading and replying to her emails - this might salvage some hope for her.

Please give this company a chance, yes, sometimes it takes a while for your order to arrive but they are probably struggling like every other business has over the last year......I have a very small business too in Cornwall. I order regularly at around £75 a time and they haven't let me down yet!!!... As I've said .... PLEASE BE PATIENT, THESE ARE DIFFICULT TIMES!!!...I'd like to Finish on a humorous note... Maybe, all the yarn we ordered was caught up in the Sewage Canal?..... Ok, I KNOW THAT'S NOT ITS REAL NAME...I'M NOT THAT STUPID.... lol ;-)

Recently received my beautiful yarn from PurpleLinda. This took much longer than usual but it has been hard to get things from anywhere recently. I was very impressed by the professional, friendly service they offered. My enquiries were answered almost immediately and they explained the issues. I decided to hang off and wait and I am glad I did.

I recently placed an order with purplelindacraft and I have to say the whole experience was very good. As my order hadn't arrived by the due date, I emailed them and received a very swift reply telling me that they were waiting for supplies and that my order would be sent out ASAP. It was. The very next day my order was dispatched and I received an email to tell me this. All of my order arrived very quickly and I am delighted. I will definitely order from purplelinda again. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly.

I have ordered twice from this company. First time I received my yarn quite quickly and with no problems. Second time I have now been waiting over a month and cannot get a reply to my emails. Very disappointed. Will be attempting to get a refund........

I placed an order, which was promptly acknowledged and three sets of wool out of four arrived within a couple of weeks. I emailed to ask about the fourth set and received a timely reply saying they were waiting for it to restock. A few weeks later I emailed for an update, got quick replies and asked for a refund that was then processed. I don't really have any complaints, other than perhaps it would be better to let customers know which yarns are out of stock (hence four stars, not five). I don't know why so many people say they are having a bad experience, mine was perfectly satisfactory

My wife ordered wool. Money taken from our bank account.No acknowledgement of order. No goods received.Sent 4 emails-no response. Sent recorded delivery letter asking for refund -no response.Simultaneously pursued via our Bank through chargeback.Bank have refunded pending investigation. Appears to us devious business practice.

On checking the dye lots of the yarn that I had ordered ( 4 different shades of the same type of yarn and 3 balls of each shade) I found that this supplier had sent odd dye lots and as I was using all 3 balls for the same item the shade difference would show. I have sent 2 emails so far and not received a reply to either. Would never use this supplier again. Devious to say the least and NO way to treat a customer if you want them to return.

Having written a letter to be signed for AND I contacted suppliers asking them to contact her...I FINALLY got a refund. Never will I use this lady again.

I ordered some wool in early February. When it didn’t arrive I contacted the email address several times. No reply. Today I have had an email telling me I have a refund. No apology. I would not use this company ever again.

I wrote a review after ordering and not receiving my order or any reply to my emails in February. I have just had an email from them saying I have been refunded as they cannot fulfil my order. Still would not order again but glad they are refunding people who were let down. People would have completely understood in the present climate that there were delays but just a simple reply to emails would have been much appreciated
