Pure optical were low on stock, but delivered trial lenses to me free of charge, there was no difference between the trial and my order, just a different box. Great customer service.

I have been using Pure Optical for a few years now, namely because the lenses are cheaper than other places. The lenses work perfectly and even more so when I consider they were cheaper than had I stuck with getting them from my opticians.

There are no frills, but that's what you want, a simple, quick and easy process.

Pure Optical have the cheapest online prices for the lenses I use (Acuvue Oasys 1 Day). Their customer service is outstanding and they respond very quickly. Shipping is always on time. I have been buying from them for a few years now, and they have really improved their website and processes over time e.g. the repeat orders process is much more streamline now. Highly recommend Pure Optical for their prices and service.
