The company is one of a kind there is no pressure selling, you say what you would like and it is bespoke just for you nothing is too much trouble. I love the fact you can choose which metal, size of diamonds, clarity and length of chain and if you need a tweek they will do it for you without any trouble. The staff are so professional and friendly it’s a pleasure to go there.

I have used Purely Diamonds in the past to buy necklaces for my wife from their impressive range of items. This time I wanted something very specific to go with an existing Emerald pendant.
I used an existing design as the basis and increased the size of the emeralds and the size of the necklace. First class service all the way through the process and the end result is exactly what my wife wanted. She is already planning her next design.

The rings have varied from straight from the website to totally bespoke, the options they offer would suit many people and for more bespoke works, they give sound advice and work with you to get you your hearts desired piece of jewellery. My partner found purely diamonds online, before going into the Manchester branch for an appointment.From the start customer service was amazing, Tracy was very knowledgeable and helped him every step of the way. We were able to get an appointment quickly for resizing and have since been back for our wedding bands. I sent over options to Tracy via email, she sent me pictures of my choices and a few more on her hand with my engagement ring on, which was really helpful, before booking an appointment to see them a couple of days after.
