I recently got my Eternity ring from Purely Diamonds because this is where my husband got my engagement and our wedding rings. We don’t live anywhere near the store so I booked a video call & the incredibly helpful staff showed me what several would look like against my existing rings. They were so helpful & patient, didn’t try to upsell me or push me into buying then and there, but we actually did because they had the perfect ring to complete my set. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. My rings are absolutely beautiful

Wonderful service we have bought an engagement ring and wedding bands for both myself and wife from purely diamonds, the WhatsApp service makes it so personal and really are hands on as and when you need them! Would really recommend them if you are making a jewellery purchase!

Overall very good service. Met in a temporary office with limited products to view. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. In the future it will be good to be able to view more when the shop is ready.
Only things I would improve would be comms after purchase - I was not able to see my order on my account / website, and although they responded to my texts, it would have been nice (and reassuring) to have been able to track the order - or receive emails / texts to update.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Purely Diamonds four years ago, and I’d never had a single issue with it until last week, when one of the diamonds suddenly popped out, completely out of nowhere, just a week before our honeymoon.

I had a brilliant experience with Purely Diamonds when buying an engagement ring. I went in knowing very little about diamonds and, to be honest, not really knowing where to start. The team were incredibly helpful from the outset. They took the time to coach me through everything, explaining the key things I needed to know without ever making it feel overwhelming.

My engagement ring bought from Purely Diamonds is 14 years old. I recently realised I had lost a diamond. I contacted Purely Diamonds to ask if they could help. I posted it to them on 17/2 and received it back today 24/2. It has been repaired and polished so it looks like a brand new ring. Absolutely thrilled. From locating the original order for my engagement ring, so we could find the matching wedding band, help with sizing and adjustments, and to putting my mind at ease when I was panicking that the delivery service I used to send my engagement ring back for resizing, was delayed.
