I found my perfect wedding ring on your website, visited your London store to see it and try it on and then ordered it closer to the wedding. Such a great friendly service throughout including resizing it for me free of charge.

We went to see Tracey a few times at the Manchester showroom to have a look at different rings. Tracey was a delight to work with and she was very knowledgeable. My partner found her perfect engagement and wedding ring here and couldn’t be happier with the service, quality of the rings and price.

I didn’t educate myself enough on rings,diamonds before hand and went ahead and ordered one. No one’s fault but my own it was a lot smaller than I wanted and I was proposing in 2 weeks.

I had already waited 3-4 weeks for the first ring. I gave them a call, they listened understood the situation I was in and after the call immediately got to helping solve the situation, I felt like top priority.

Within less than 30 minutes they had educated me on what it is I was originally trying to go for, helped me pick out a new ring within my budget, which they hand on hand.

I sent the old ring back that day (on a Friday) within 4 days I received the new ring and I couldn’t be happier! I love it and I know my girl friend will too (hopefully she doesn’t see this review before the proposal).

I had such a great experience with Purely Diamonds, where I purchased both my wedding ring and diamond engagement ring.

Unfortunately, a week before my wedding, I was informed that there had been an issue with their machine and that my rings wouldn’t be ready in time for my wedding day. Although this was understandably disappointing, I was incredibly impressed with how quickly they resolved the situation. They sent me a temporary replacement ring so I could still have a ring for my wedding day, and once the wedding was over, they made my actual ring for me.

What made the experience even better was that they also offered to upgrade the diamond and clarity completely free of charge. I was genuinely so happy with how they handled the situation and went above and beyond to put things right.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that really matters, and Purely Diamonds handled everything professionally and with excellent customer service. They kept me reassured throughout and made sure I was happy with the final result.
