Honestly, I'm really surprised at my experience with the Pure Hair halo extensions since I read so many good reviews on here. The hair itself seems great, but the product (the wire and single clip in the middle) make the halo seem super flimsy and not secure. I'm also not sure its the best option for people with fine hair, since the lace/band is very thick.

The wire came out of the little bead that connects it to the band the first time I wore it. It took ages to fix with the help of customer support and it just felt very cheap in general. Customer support is very fast on email, which is great, but overall, I didn't like the halo and regret buying it.

I ordered hair extensions and they are absolutely terrible quality, i got the I-Tip extensions in the shade burgundy and they game a washed out plum shade.

Regardless i installed them and i can say without a doubt they are not human hair. There are black strands in the red that burn funny (tested on a spare tip) and the hair is completely unmanageable from day 3.

Ive not used heat other than to blow dry, and slept with my hair in heatless curls and a silk bonet every night.

Not only that the tips look like after 1 installation, like they were held together with one thin layer on the outside and i highly doubt they will last more than 1 other installation before just becoming loose stands.

Do not purchase !

I purchased the 16” invisible wire extensions. The quality of the hair is incredible and it blends so seamlessly with my own shoulder length hair. The delivery took a while as it was shipped to England from Australia but that’s to be expected. Fully recommend this hairpiece if you want instant gorgeous hair with an easy application

Ordered 24 Inch Micro Loop Hair Extensions #1B Natural Black . They state 24 inch packet, each piece weighs 1 gram. Ordered elsewhere before where they state 0.8g for each piece. so Ordered the 24 inch with Pure Hair Extensions thinking it would be fuller each piece but it wasn't. Additionally made very badly you can see all the white glue remnants on each strand. £109.00 for 100 thin pieces. Also they despatch from Australia, you will be waiting a long time for your order.

Beautiful hair piece, colour matched perfectly, whish it would come with more instructions or the website video would be more detailed where exactly to place the hairpiece.
I am also very hesitant to trim it myself

I always purchase my extensions from Pure Hair. Not only is the customer service exceptional, so are their products. This time I purchased the halo extension, and it is fantastic, very comfortable and the halo does not damage my fragile hair at all. I highly recommend this business as I have been shopping with them for years. They have a perfect colour match for me and the hair quality is fantastic :)

I have extensions that are double the price to these, and by far the pure hair ones have always been the best quality ones by far.
They are extremely soft and last very long.

Awful like trash don’t waste your money if you like zala hair these are like the temu version but worse thin and nasty the hair breaks and shipping comes from Aussie wouldn’t be surprised if this is a 3rd party temu type company scam artists bad bad bad .

Awesome hair and service! I was able to get a colour match over email and they were very helpful answering all my questions. Very fast shipping, received the day after placing order (Perth). Colour was a perfect match. Got the 16” inch full volume clip in set and there is so much hair it’s great!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase of your Halo hair extension, which cost me over $200. The moment I attempted to install the product, it broke immediately, rendering it completely unusable.

When I reached out to your company for assistance, I discovered there is no way to speak with a live person. Your “no return” policy for a product that arrived defective is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer care.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. I have spent a significant amount of money on a product that failed instantly, and your company has provided no resolution. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau and sharing my experience on consumer review platforms to warn others.

I expect a full refund or replacement for this defective product immediately.
