This hair is really nice it’s full soft doesn’t have odor, I just wish I would order a long length but would definitely recommend this hair.
The hair quality is good, the delivery speed is fast.

I have ordered from pureandbeautiful.com 3 times and love it! I always get exacly what I need and it gets to my house faster than ever.

As another consumer, I placed an order, was charged 2 days later and now 3 weeks later still have not received my order. I called 3 times (once left a message and twice spoke with a third party rep - apparently they can't answer their own telephones and need to hire an outside company to field their calls), both of whom said they 'would relay my problem to the company' who would then contact me - right. I have heard nothing nor have I received my order. I tried e-mail as their website states they respond more quickly to e-mail, but again, no repsonse. I wish I had seen the other reviewers comments about this company, as I would not have ordered anything from them.

Bottom line - their prices may be appealing, but what good is cheap if you never receive your order.

Very good experience. I will shop at pureandbeautiful.com again and again. My friend has shopped there many times and I decided to shop there (because she was happy and my stylist was away for holiday). The package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My shampoo was even gift wrapped! I later bought something for my mom at the last min. and I got it in time for her birthday! I am 100% happy with this store.

I bought a really expensive brand of shampoo made by Alterna. I bought it from pure & beautiful for less then the price I pay at my salon & i didn't have to pay for shipping. I called them the next day and they told me my order already shipped. Next thing I know, it was at the door! I always buy stuff online and this was the best place I have ever shopped! i ordered it before I ran out of my own shampoo to avoid running out & I had it in my shower & next to my other bottle before i even ran out!! Now that is a happy ending. I love them!

It now is 1-13-09 my order was placed on 11-13-08 and charged to my account on 11-15-08. I began calling after two weeks of not recieving my product no one has answered my calls or e-mails.This place is a scam.

I have yet to find anyone who actually received anything from this storefront. They took my money and not only never shipped anything to me, but never answered a single e-mail or inquiry by phone or in any other way. They've done the same thing with many others as well. They are dishonest and should be avoided at all costs. I can't believe these people have not been shut down yet. Complaints everywhere. You should see the BBB report on these people!
