The original response to my call for help was courteous, prompt and helpful. Unfortunately the repair that was carried out collapsed within 24 hours, but the team responded exceptionally quickly to my second distress call and did their utmost to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

Earned my trust
Went to Gates tyres at Lillyhall. Super fast and friendly service for my MOT. Booked online super easy. Checked the car in in a few minutes max and headed out instead of waiting. Got a call about an hour or so later to let me know my car had passed with a defect and they would explain more when I picked it up. No rush to pick it up either. The lovely chap on the desk explained everything so that I understood. They had every opportunity to rip me off and fail me unless I paid for parts but they didn't. 100% will use again. It's hard to find a trustworthy garage, especially as someone who knows exactly 2 things about cars - how to drive it and the colour.

Went in to have a puncture repair
Went in to have a puncture repair. Three days later, light comes on again and repair has failed. Also wheel nut damaged so next guy couldn’t get wrench to fit to remove it.

Could not thank the staff and mechanics…
Could not thank the staff and mechanics as Protyre Lillyhall enough
Had a flat tyre on Saturday and they were more than happy to help, the young man on the phone was so nice and helpful as new I was in a panic. Sadly this was due to ProTyre in Workington Town being very unhelpful!
Since getting the one tyre fixed I took it back a few days later to get all new tyres and the best part was I didn’t have to sit around and wait, I left it with them whilst I was at work and it was ready for me when I finished. No troubles at all, couldn’t fault such a friendly bunch
Definitely recommend ProTyre Lillyhall for reliability, fantastic customer service and excellent service from the mechanics 👍🏻👏

Be prepared for a long wait
I booked in for a time slot which I arrived 10 mins early for. It was 40 mins until my car was brought into the garage, where it there sat for a further 30 mins before anyone took a wheel off it. In total I was in the garage for 2 hours to get 2 tyres fitted. The operation needs to be made more efficient.
On a positive note the staff were very pleasant and the prices of the tyres reasonable.
