Dear AG Machining and Engineering ,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you received good service during your visit and that we were able to assist with your tyre replacement and wheel alignment. However, we are sorry to learn that your tyre pressures were left higher than expected, which impacted your overall experience on this occasion.
Your comments have been shared with the branch management team for review, as customer feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service standards.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
