My car had a jammed passenger side seat…
My car had a jammed passenger side seat belt. Your engineer tried to release it but upon further inspection it was deemed in need of replacement. Your staff advised you were unable to source a replacement from your normal suppliers so I agreed to source one myself for your engineer to fit. I was able to source a suitable part online and booked my car on Saturday 30th for it to be fitted. I was disappointed when I came to collect my car that the engineer was unable to fit the seat belt as a component was missing. On returning home it was clear to me that the missing component was part of the original seat belt. I booked the car in again on Tuesday 2nd and the replacement belt was duly fitted at no extra charge. Whilst I am satisfied with the overall result I was disappointed that it took 4 visits to complete.

Matt and his colleagues were able to locate and fit two tyres for me after hitting a pothole. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish.
Very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this company and Matt and his team.
