Not set up to do a big service took way too long over 4 and a half hours for mot and service and then never filled out my service book properly only ticked 2 items on it so I’m thinking did they do it also they disconnected my dash cam by pulling the wires out and left it like it and I only noticed it when I got back to my house and my service light on my dash wasn’t reset so I’ve paid a lot of money for something that wasn’t done I’m not satisfied at all

Booked in for a mot.
On arrival the WiFi was down so they couldn’t do any mot’s. Don’t know how long it had been down so perhaps they didn’t have time to inform us prior to arrival.. We were informed they couldn’t do anything so would ring each customer to re arrange. We had no such communication so after a week or so we rang in and rebooked. Mot day no. 2 we dropped the car off at 9am. By 1 o clock we still hadn’t heard anything and couldn’t get through to them as all representatives were busy .. We eventually got through, It failed on one thing that the monkeys at longleat had stole the day previous
So we rectified that and they squeezed us in for a
Re rest the next day. All ok in the end but communication was poor to say the least. Also on arrival to reception the man at the desk just said ‘yes’ quite rudely rather than a ‘how can I help you?’ Two star service.

Customer service needs to be better
This was my first time booking an MOT at Protyre Westbury as I’ve just moved. Although the actual MOT was done okay, I wasn’t happy about the following:
1. The space is so small. When I arrived all parking was full and there were already way to many cars blocking other cars in. I’m sorry I thought people had assigned slots to avoid this chaos. I ended up leaving my car randomly in a space that was blocking 2 other cars.
2. I walk in and the person at reception is completely not acknowledging my presence. I’m not there for you to like me. I’m there for you to talk to me so I can have the service done and go back to work before my lunch break is over.
3. Same cold shoulder on my pick up. Like I have other places in to be. Give me my keys back so I can be on my way. I have no time for any attitude.
I was so irritated I won’t be booking any other MOTs or service( which is due) here which is a shame as it’s close to where I live.

On Monday 13 July I tried to make contact with Westbury Protyre by phone, on both occasions I waited 30mins and again later 20min, and nobody answered.
The next day I sent an email and from then on the service and attention I received was second to none. That same day a technician came, the low loader took my car away for a full diagnosis. My car was returned to me the next day at lunchtime. All the staff involved were helpful and kept me informed of progress. All this was at no cost to myself, an excellent service.

A very positive experience!…
The person who fitted the motorcycle tyre to the loose wheel from my Ducati, was communicative, careful with an expensive item and took time to prepare and complete the fitting. As he appreciated, motorcycle owners are particularly exacting customers and I was impressed by his attitude. A very good advert for Protyre and a location I will definitely return to and highly recommend to others.

Two tyres changed on my car
Two tyres changed on my car. Manager moaning about being busy as a result of the Trowbridge branch being relocated, but only two other people waiting and much chatting going on in the office. On my way home I was phoned by the manager to say that he had given me someone else's wheel-lock nut, so I had to return. Still moaning about being busy. I went back a few days later to have the torque settings checked - still moaning. Kept waiting again despite only one vehicle being worked on and three mechanics. Eventually the job was done with the mechanic asking me what was wrong with the tyres. Former customers of the Trowbridge branch should be aware that the old branch has been taken over by Seetyres together with, it seems, their extremely efficient staff. In short, avoid at all costs.
