They made no effort to contact me to tell me the place I was getting my car done was closed now? I showed up and was turned away and when I said I hadn't received any email or phone call was told they "weren't surprised" absolutely ridiculous, won't be using them again

I have used pro tyre for all my servicing and they always done an excellent job .

Pop in Bank holiday Monday as passing by to try book car in for sat, they said if had tyres there they do I tyres there and them which they did for me could not ask for better service then that great team in Trowbridge place and I always go there for tyres etc and do get prices as well always great service .

Fantastic. Everything was done with grate ease. Staff very polite and explained what they are going to do before proceeding. It’s was on the dear side because I did want the best.

I would give ProTyre TROWBRIDGE 5 stars. The staff are excellent and customer service beyond reproach. I have used that depot for years, when it was Bathwick before. As a woman I can trust them to give honest accurate advice, something which even in 2026 cannot be said about everywhere. I will not go anywhere else.

I went to Trowbridge branch 16th May. They were really good and cared about customer was offered a coffee . I will go back again when I need to.

Prompt efficient service, good product.

I requested free air con inspection and a/c re-gas. Upon the inspection they discovered that the system isn't working correctly therefore a/c isn't operational. Nobody even attempted to contact me and let me know about the issue, they just carried on with gas top up. I have was charged almost £50 and still don't have a/c. This isn't the first time Trowbridge branch let me down. I am not going to use them anymore. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered two tyres online. They were ready to be fitted in 2 days at my nearest fitter. It only took 30mins to fit them whilst I sat in the waiting room. It seemed very well organised and stress free.

Seen relatively quickly as called in without an appointment. The team explained the best solution which was to replace two tyres.
They weren’t in stock but we were able to return later that day and they weren’t fitted promptly.
We choose Protyre because they are reasonably priced and their service is good.

I paid for the tyres on line I got to Protyre at trowbridge the men on site were polite and helpful I did not have to wait this is the second time I’ve been And i will definitely go back when I need more tyres Thank you
