Great staff and good service in general but nearly totally let down this recent bank holiday. Unfortunately Google and their website all stated it was open but it was fully shut when I arrived. Other customers also waiting who fell foul of this error. I had confirmation texts and email confirmation and fully paid in advance for a tyre change but even though the Brindley Road branch had a banner specifically saying they were open 9-4 on Monday 4th they were completely shut. I’ve since had a reply saying they’re going to speak to their communications team and website team, but realistically their system needs to be updated to NOT allow work to be booked in on days they’re clearly not there. How stupid. Many thanks to the team though for organising the work to be done at their Clive Street garage so promptly and hassle free. Big thumbs up to mechanic Phil there for reassuring me and giving me confidence to get back on the road safely and drive my family to West Wales on our holiday.

On arrival we were notified that our tyres had not arrived. Even tho we had placed the order 3 days earlier.

When tyres did arrive 2 hours later, the staff at Cardiff did an amazing job.

Great service from start to finish. I needed tyres and 4 wheel alignment. They couldn’t beat a price I had on tyres but were very accommodating to do the 4 wheel alignment straight after the tyres were fitted as that place were not able to offer the service. When speaking on the phone they walked me through the possible costs and said any difference would be spoken about on the day before doing the work. On the day, I turned up and was warmly welcomed by the chap in the office who took my keys from me. When the car was being worked on he explained the process and numbers they were seeing on screen. I felt very informed and came away with a better tracking car and knowledge of what it all means. They also gave me details of where to get an alloy repair done as that was needed too. All round great guys, great service and a great price too. Couldn’t be happier!
