Last minute book in after my car fail…
Last minute book in after my car fail MOT on another garage and make me aware that will not be able to fix my car as they dont find the part needed. I walk to protyre autocare cambridge with my mot fail paperwork. And straight away told me.where to go to pick the part and return next day with the part and they will fit. O the end they correct all my 4 fails 3 simple one not so simple in less than a day on a competitive rate and pass mot with no advisorys. Will return soon to check air con and do a full service. From now this is my go garage. Well done lads.

Don't believe what they tell you -- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Needed tyres for MOT. They said they had my tyres in stock. Booked in for tyres & MOT. Drove 10 miles to Cambridge. Left car with them, asked them to call or text me if there were any issues. No call or text. When I went back they said they did NOT have the tyres, but they DID the MOT and FAILED car, charged me for MOT. Said come back next week. They claimed they had called/texted me -- NOTHING on my phone... [they've fitted the same tyres to my car many times in the past so no excuse to say "we thought they were 19s, not 21s"...]

VERY ANNOYING, BAD customer service
needed tyres to pass MOT. Booked in for tyres ( "Yes, they're in stock" said ProTyre) and MOT. Drove 10 miles into Cambridge, left car with ProTyre --said to call/text if any issues. No call or text. When I went back they did NOT have the tyres, yet did the MOT (FAIL!), charged me for MOT and said to come back next week... Claimed they had called me --nothing on my phone... Car has been to them for tyres many times before so they knew exactly what tyres were needed.

Protyre literally went the extra mile…
Jason and the gang went the extra mile — literally as I wandered off the the coffee shop half a mile away with the keys in my pocket. One of the team cycled to pick the keys up from me.

Friendly and efficient service.
Although it was a year since my last visit, Ryan knew who I was when I walked in to deposit my car keys. He called me around midday to advise me my car was successfully MOT'd and serviced and also to discuss some advisory work which they were equipped to do straight away. I had the extra work done so my car was all sorted on a day I didn't need it and I can feel secure for another year of motoring.
