They never answer their telephone
They never answer their telephone. I've been calling since Friday and all I ever get is their answering machine, then spend an eternity listening to Muzak! It's now 9 a.m. Monday and there's no one there to answer the telephone.

Excellent service & very pleasant staff. I was informed when I picked up my car that my tyres had been changed but they were unable to carry out the tracking due to problem with my vehicle, I was assured that I would be refunded though and within 2 hours I was.

Easy purchase online, and good selection of available fitting dates. Efficient and courteous service, and tyres were fitted within the given time. No issues at all, and I'm very pleased with the tyres and service, and won't hesitate to come back.
