Absolutely brilliant. A puncture was repaired immediately and by a courteous, interested and efficient mechanic who explained the entire process throughout. So unusual these days to see people both competent and clearly enjoying their work.

The guys at Protyre are always polite, helpful and give good advice without trying to upsell more expensive tyres above our budget. They completed the job when promised and leave the car clean and tidy. Prices are comparable with the competition

Fast friendly service and reasonable price.

No offence to the staff at Protyre because they were really helpful, not patronising and they were doing exactly what they're trained to do.

However, I found the prices were not as reasonable as I first thought and it felt like they worked very slowly.

They really seemed to labour over replacing my tyres and doing the tracking.

They gave me a time estimate which seemed fine but it turned out to be way off by hours. I thought something had gone wrong. It took ages.

There are faster and more efficient tyre places in Derby and Nottingham.

These guys said they'd send me the receipt by email - not exactly a difficult thing to do - but they didn't. I had to go back to the workshop for it.

On reflection, there were a few minor quibbles.

It wasn't entirely a bad experience but I'm not exactly enthusiastic about using them again.

Used Belper Protyre [select a tyre ] for 8 years now being a taxi in Belper these guys go above and beyond to get me back on the road no matter how busy they are .
