I took my car in for an air con regas. This they did well and no complaints there. However, they also told me that my engine mounting was in danger of coming loose and damaging my engine, and that I should not drive it without it being seen to, at a cost of £500 parts + labour. My son also had a similar experience with this company.
I decided to get a second opinion with a independant mechanic.
He said that that there is nothing wrong with the engine mounting, and that this company are known as standard practice for finding extra things wrong to bring more work in, even if there is nothing wrong, or very little. This is a disgusting thing to do to people. I was worried and frightened of taking my grandchildren in the car.

Booked the car in for an Aircon regas - booked online and managed to get a same day appointment. Work carried out efficiently, aircon working like a dream!

I asked for a gold service to prepare the car for an MOT and got quoted including a couple of known jobs included.
When I got there my car was tested straight away which obviously failed because the jobs I requested were not done before.
It was then told to me what is required which nearly tripled the quote and turned into a stay around the garage from 6 to 9 hrs.
I received no apology for the mistake and unfortunately this has been the worst service I have experienced from this garage. As I received a quote from a local garage which was similar there proved to be no benefit from attending there.

Was seen straightaway, without an appointment and my aircon regas need was dealt with very professionally both at reception and in the workshop.

Popped in on off chance to get battery looked while I was working nearby . On return battery replaced . Thanks team beccles you phoned around to get my battery so I could get on my way . Excellent service

Great service, felt I was in good hands and trusted the information I was being given around the options available. All the staff I saw or spoke to just seemed happy.
