Efficient and Quick
Easy to book an appointment and choose tyres online. Although Bathwick tyres was very busy and had a delivery at my appointment time the booking in at reception was quick and after a short wait my tyres were changed very efficiently.

Very efficient!
Busy day at Protyre. However customer arrivals were being managed well and I didn't have too much of a wait time. Had a new valve stem fitted. Job was done thoroughly and at minimal charge. Very happy as I had a long drive the next day.

We had a puncture & had the tyre changed but we were never given a price. When we paid it was £40 dearer then the last tyres we had from you. After waiting well over an hour & half for someone to answer the phone we wished we had not bothered

The work was fine but after I started…
The work was fine but after I started to drive home the tyre pressure warning came on and I drove back to the fitting station where the pressures in all 4 tyres were either too high or too low. I had specifically asked for the tyre pressures to be checked when I checked in.
I would also comment that the waiting area where customers are required to sit and the toilet available are very grubby and unpleasant to use
