I prepared my car for winter, including winter tires. On January 11th, I went to Protyre for a service. Everything was fine. A week later, I returned for my scheduled MOT. The car failed the MOT. Suddenly, the front tires were in terrible condition. The tires were described as requiring immediate replacement. They immediately had summer tires fitted (understandably, in January). I would have had to order winter tires earlier. If only I had known. This is my last visit to them.

Using the website and booking system was easy, and I received pleasant service at the branch. However, in spite of having an appointment, it still took almost an hour for two tyres to be put onto my car. I would have thought it could be much quicker.
