My washing machine kept stopping through its circles. I rang Igloo Direct and they very promptly arranged an engineer to come out. The engineer thought he had solved the problem but unfortunately this was not the case. On getting back in touch the engineer was once again promptly called back. The washing machine couldn’t be repaired and there was no quibbling about replacing the washing machine with a new model. The service and communication throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend taking out a white goods insurance policy with Igloo Direct.

Our washing machine was promptly fixed. A very nice person who was tidy and polite did the job.

Excellent service, my 14 year old American fridge freezer broke down and couldnt be repaired so in 10 days I received a brand new one of a similar style and they took my old one away. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Igloo Direct. I contacted them because my TV had stopped working. They arranged for a TV maintenance engineer to inspect it, and after confirming that it could not be repaired, the TV was written off.

Igloo Direct handled everything quickly and professionally and provided me with a brand-new replacement TV.

I used Igloo Direct when my manufacturers warranty expired. And it paid off! My washer bearings went and because it's cheaper to replace than repair, I was provided a new one. Igloo Direct were no trouble to deal with and provided a similar and more modern replacement. No fuss at all. Well recommend

Here we are again!

This is the second time they have taken money out of my account. My review from 9 April 2025 is below, if they do it again I will involve the police.
I am assured by them I am an old customer which I am not and have promised to send the money back....

I have to be honest I never normally buy this type of insurance as I expect things to work….strange I know. However last year I signed up when we bought a new kitchen as the cost was nothing compared to the kitchen itself so
I paid the price never expecting to use it…. Surprise 14 months after the kitchen was installed the dishwasher just stopped working giving me nothing but bad smells and annoying alarms. After doing the normal Costic soda and cleaning I decided to give them a ring expecting hurdles to jump through and end up getting nowhere. The lady on the phone took my details and within two days I have an engineer out and it was fixed. Igloo has now gone from a buyers remorse to staple for my home akin to home insurance I would not be without it. Simple to use professional and being honest surprisingly brilliant.

My integrated fridge freezer alarm kept going off and my frozen food kept thawing and then re-freezing. One call to Igloo and an engineer came out to have a look at the problem. The problem wasn’t immediately apparent but a new fan and motor was ordered. I was concerned as I was told at that point that they could not replace integrated fridge freezers, but a few days later the engineer returned with the new parts and things have worked fine since.

There was a fault with our washing machine I contacted Protect your igloo and booked an engineer visit this took a little while. Once the engineer came he was polite helpful and explained what he had to do our machine was repaired promptly and all was good

Fridge broke down Monday..I explained i have special needs child and need to store the milk and food in the fridge therefore they booked me on a Wednesday..literally hanging up within minutes they called me back with an appointment for the same day.due to a cancellation.engineer came and reviewed .the fridge.by Wednesday i had a brand new refrigerator..
Well done to them

My washing machine broke i had engineer out within 2days I had to wait for a part but he left it so I could use

Very on time and dealt with this promptly and we were satisfied

There service was excellent the job was done with just excellent very happy

Do not use! They set up more than one direct debit without my knowledge. Dishonest and unethical company.

Got a call this morning from an agent who said that his company was covering my machine.. was little surprised but happy to know my machine was covered because it was throwing up glitches.. even though he was not able to provide date of when the purchase cover began, I accepted offer for cover for further 2 years.. a good deal .. £15 per month for 2 kitchen items... gave up bank details... then googled reviews - found this site (thank you) and so tried to phone the number provided .. repairs and discuss your accounts.. no answer... so have phoned the bank who will block the attempt to set up the direct debit. for some reason bank does not offer notification if direct debit is set up on account.
So will have to check every month for years to check they have not set up Direct Debit I suppose
Meanwhile
Tried to make contact with Company House about this issue.. but found Company House does not seem to answer the phone either
A month later they have taken money out of my account - have had to phone the bank to cancel the direct debit - of course igloo not answering the phone - the banks of the world just letting them

I would like to say a big thank you to Jackson for helping me out today. He was wonderful young man that helped me with my appliance problem. Much love gratitude for your support. Really appreciate what you have done for me.

I have a fault with my Bosh washing machine.

I have an engineer booked in to see my Bosh in a few days. I am very pleased!
