The guys at the Wakefield shop were so helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

What a lovely experience and young couple that helped us with my mother in-laws new phone. Transferred all the data from a very old phone which itself required an update to do this due to its age. Went for a coffee due the snail pace of the old phone and on return had set everything up for her , pin code ,explained biometrics , the lot done which saved me the time of which we didn't have as we were going separate 40 mile ways after the shop. Everything on new phone is exactly the same place for her and now she can use biometrics 😊.
Realising my mother in-law is a pensioner the lovely couple gave her quite a few additional items , gratis!
Cannot thank you both enough for your time.
Highly recommend this place in Harrogate, have used others but best for price and assistance for me by some distance.

Amazing service. I went in to the shop on a Sunday in a panic and the guys assured me I would be able to get a repair. It only took half an hour for the problem to be fixed. I dealt with sheraz and jesso they were both so polite and super professional. I would definitely recommend.

This company profits from lies and avoiding refunds.

The whole next day delivery scheme is a complete lie and is usually so you just order, they send a silly email saying it’s been delayed to the next day. All lies

I rang them up and they said it’s been dispatched already and Royal Mail is processing an order number, again a complete lie because you receive that straight away at the post office.

Also if using this company as a last resort be sure to use Klarna as a payment method because if not I doubt I’d ever of got a refund looking at these negative reviews.

Guy on the phone repeatedly avoided refunding anything until I had to contact Klarna my self, they sorted them out instantly and I got what I wanted.

Again what a dreadful company you guys should be ashamed of your crappy branch profiting from dragging emails on so people just give up and accept the mess you cause.

Also they sell illegal vapes in their imobile shops what else do you expect…. Laughable

Bought a £500 phone 5 days ago and still am yet to receive any communication over it being dispatched. Have rang the customer service line 4 times today chasing a refund and have still not received any confirmation via email of my refund being processed let alone the order being dispatched! Do not use

My needs were simple, purchase, good price and fast delivery. Bought an Amazon fire stick, 4k, with Alexa remote. Delivered in two days. Excellent !

I needed my phone repaired (smashed screen). Yaqub assessed the damage, made sure the spares were available, and quoted me a price. The work was finished in an hour. Fantastic.

I am giving one star as I cannot give zero. Terrible seller, do not use. I purchased through their website the meta quest 2 on 25th July at 10.50am for next day delivery. The item never arrived the next day. Through the following week, I was checking on their website the order status and was showing confirmed and that is as far as I got with it. I tried calling their number to discuss but I was constantly connected to a voicemail so I sent an email requesting cancellation of the order and a refund, but heard nothing back for a few days so I sent another email requesting the refund ASAP. They sent me a credit note memo on 1 Aug that they processed the refund and email confirming that the money will be back in my account within 2-3 days depending on the bank. Well, the refund never arrived to my bank account. On 09 August I called Lloyds and was told to wait an extra one week as the banks give 15 days for it to go through. Today, 16 August, still no refund. I called the bank and got a recharge. The bank said they will investigate and try to get the money back. This retailer is really bad, stay away if you do not want to get scammed. RIP OFF BIG TIME. I think they sell goods on their website that are not in stock to get your money so they can use it for their business hoping you give up chasing the refund. Terrible, not worth the hustle. They better refund the bank, otherwise, I will take them to Court. Disgusting people!

P.S IMobile- Do not leave a silly template response under my comment on how sorry you are and to write you an email. You better process the refund fast to my bank instead!
