I went into Imobile to fix my phone. Ana was do helpful and said would be expensive to repair and would be better to buy a new mobile I was worried about cost and she showed me phones that were inexpensive I bought one There and then and she transferred everything onto my new phone. Smashing customer service
Came in with a smashed iPhone 13 Pro, I was quoted £550 to fix it from Apple. iMobile offered to fix it for me for £100. Absolute bargain, the lovely woman in the shop Ana even gave me a free battery replacement (you know how these iPhone battery’s are 🙄). Saved me over £900 as I was gonna buy the new iPhone 15 Pro. 100% recommended!
