I have very rarely given a poor review before and previously did for this company, however, i am making a complete U-Turn of my initial assessment, the acknowledgement and actions to get the issues rectified, were exemplary. The second Technician that came out was absolutely first class, he communicated exactly what he was going to do, and made a tremendous effort... i will now wholeheartedly agree with all of the previous ratings of this company, and will indeed use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Prolux offer a competitive price BUT provide a n expensive service . My VW polo had cream interiors and they came out beautiful.

I’ve also used prolux to wash carpets and my mattress and now getting them to clean my Toyotas upholstery

Amazing work by Prolux Cleaning. My carpet was in a state of dire attention and the technician that came round did a wonderful job. I’m really pleased with the results.

The cleaner who came was very friendly and just got on with the job. The carpets came up really clean. Two bedrooms were done so quickly, probably within 45 mins. He cleaned up after himself. Prolux communication in general was very good and easy to work with too.
