Shocking rervice itwm went away to grt fixed sub woof not working and soundbar fine. Gets returned to me and completely dead had no apology nothing. There customer serviee is crap. I even wrote on via email about this a d no one bothered to ring me ect

When even the manufacturers could not work out how to repair my Optoma projector, Michael sorted it and had it back to me within a week. He clearly knew his stuff. I cannot recommend him enough.

Shocking service and totally useless

Sent off two projectors with simple faults. Both came back with the same faults (after I'd paid £621) plus one came back very damaged (and someone had bodged a repair - so not just in transit). Attempts to rectify the issue have not resulted in a refund.

My advice is not to have any dealings with this company, which despite it's website(s) appears to be some guy in his living room. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sent my projector in December 2019 and I'm still waiting to get it back in Feb 2020. They are now not answering emails or calls. DO NOT use this company.

Terrible! Paid to replace lamp and colour wheel- replaced lamp but colour wheel broken, dirt in lens and chassis scratched.
Fixed colour wheel but lens still dirty and chassis still scratched.
Asked at the start to return the lamp I sent as it was new and needed returning for refund. This was lost and when found and returned (after nearly two months) it was someone else’s package which I had to forward on.
Eventually got my lens but was by this point out of warranty so out of pocket. No response from email after a month!
Advice— STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Had a projector collected in Feb 2019.
Had to constantly call to get an update.
In April was told that the company was not able to repair the projector so I requested it to be returned.
The projector has been lost so I have asked the company to cover the cost of a replacement.
Company now fails to respond to emails and does not answer the phone.

Shocking service no contact from this company unless I called them had to chase the payment details paid promptly got a text to tell me that I would get delivery today and a 1 hour time slot this didn’t happen so called only to be told that the delivery was not happening no reasonable solution offered told I would get a call back but this had not happened tried to call them only to be cut off 4 times and they advertise that they are the UK top repair service not sure what they mean by service

initial delays and concerns, were remedied very well and to my full satisfaction. The repair was expertly carried out.

Very impressive, fast & efficient service. Responded via email instantly. Organised collection the next day and was back in touch with a free estimate the following day. Cannot recommend Repairtech highly enough!
