A catalogue of errors that began with a 2nd hand, returned bike being delivered to me instead of a new one, as well additional items I'd ordered not arriving and eventually ended with me chasing up couriers to return the faulty (new) bike and chasing the supplier for a refund.
Truly awful customer service!

I ordered mine from Fitness Superstore. I am still amazed how much it was extremely well packed & the product thickness of the steel & powder coating! It took me 30 minutes to unpack, but no complaints! It is even supplied with a little white grease!
I had a similar unit from many years ago, it was flimsy & the steel not thick enough, it was also badly packed to the extent of scratches on the steel, i cannot name the company here, but i think they are still selling and they might have upgraded the quality of the equipment today. I sold mine shortly afterwards!
Your pro form equipment is of excellent quality, the best, i have not yet assembled the equipment, but i am an engineer so this would be no problem to me, it also comes with a decent manual too.

I ordered a Proform Cross Trainer (525CSE+) from John Lewis who passed on the order to Ifit. It was advertised for delivery within 14 days. Despite John Lewis chasing the order, Ifit did not even bother to send it until 21 days after the order was made and it took a further ten days to get to me. Imagine my shock when we assembled the cross trainer to find it had several reconditioned second hand parts and the ready assembled wheel housing was badly fitted and scuffed. The power supply jack had obviously been reconditioned and was covered in scratches. On using the machine it creaked so loudly (so called quiet magnetic wheel was a joke) and alarmingly I decided I couldn't use it. I was clearly sold a cut and shut machine which arrived weeks late and was substandard quality. Not new as ordered I complained immediately, telling them I need the machine for essential physio to help my mobility. However 13 days later I have not had a date for the refund or collection. I am ashamed of this company and would warn anyone not to have any dealings with them at all. TOTAL RIPOFF.

DESPITE THE FACT THAT IFIT HAVE TAKEN WEEKS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND STILL HAVE NOT COLLECTED THE MACHINE OR ISSUED A REFUND, THE RETAILER (JOHN LEWIS) HAVE NOW REPAID ME OUT OF KINDNESS AS I NEEDED TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT XTRAINER FOR ESSENTIAL PHYSIO TO MAINTAIN MY MOBILITY..

Excellent service and fantastic machine. They delivered and got my machine up and running ( not bad for a bike 🤣) before they left. They demoed it for me -so efficient and helpful .
Worth every penny - can’t rate them or the machine highly enough.

Fantastic piece of kit very impressed with the quality and price point compared to Pelton which is ridiculous over priced.

Ordered a Proform Pro HIIT H14 machine back in April. Item came with marks, scratches, panels snapped and a crooked screen. Took them a month to send a replacement. However, they sent a Proform CSC bike as a replacement. I've now been waiting 3 days for a response from Customer Services with no reply. I've paid for a HIIT machine and I've got a product a fraction of the price. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service. Delivered a treadmill, had a broken bit of plastic at ankle level. Asked for a replacement part - no dice. Long delays on the email chain. Offered me a 1 month extension to the warranty and a 1 month (£9.99) IFIT membership. So they’re coming to pick it up apparently. Oh well, I’ll buy another (different make and distributor obviously) when I get my refund. Unbelievable.

Bought an expensive treadmill, delivered broken. Told me I had to arrange and pay for the disassembly and also fork out another £199 to assemble a replacement unit! Abysmal customer service. Do not purchase Nordic Track, ProForm, IFit, or anything under that umbrella of companies. Absolutely rubbish equipment, even worse customer service. I’m stuck with a brand new broken treadmill they sell for £1299!

Excellent customer service. Excellent treadmill. Bought the Pro2000. Arrived in no time at all. Easy to construct. Sturdy and feels well built. More than happy

I purchased an iFit 750R Rower from Proformfitness. Finished assembling the rower to discover we had no power to the rower or console, spent 10 days going backwards and forwards with iFit customer services just to end up solving nothing and no power adapter sent to fix the issue when they said they had (see my iFit review).

Went back to sales at Proformfitness spoke to Becky who said would look into it, then had an email from Becky saying she had sent the new power adapter, 5 days later we received the new power adapter and this cured the problem of no power. I also got an extra 30 days iFit membership as a good will gesture.

The Proform 750R Rower is a great product, good value and would highly recommend.

Nice cross trainer.. Only downside the free 30 days trial is if you sigh up in full... Then get your 30 trial..... So no I have no idea what they offer....

I purchased a ProFormFitness in January and have used it everyday. The hybrid cross trainer bike is amazing and so easy to use. I would not like to be without it. Best thing I have bought for our gym. Thank you

Bought the bike, no problems there & love it. However, couldn't register it as the scan code did not work. Had a call from customer services, mentioned this and the headphone jack doesn't work & was told they'd have to pass it on as they can't fix these issues. Since then, Ive had 3 emails asking how my experience was/asking for feedback but absolutely nothing in terms of acknowledging or fixing the item, so here's your feedback.

Unfortunately we were unable to use the treadmill straight away because there was a fault with the roller mat, it was too loose.
It a few emails to get an engineer to look at it, but when they did, the problem was fixed very quickly.

Great 525 CSE elliptical trainer. Easy to set up and connect to iFit application. I now have this and exercise bike that I have had for some time.

If I have ever spoken to their customer service I'm greeted with a friendly person on the other side of the phone eager to help.

Can't find any faults with ProFrom Fitness.

Great rowing machine, perfect in the home for convenience and folds away easily. Slight lag at the start of the pull but nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love the cross trainer 2 in 1 machine.
It took a little time to out together but we got there in the end. Unfortunately one of the pieces was scratched, but we were offered a replacement part. All in all a great machine, & a really good service. Thank you
