The woman who served me.
The woman who served me seemed very grumpy and acted as though she didn’t want to serve me. I wanted to buy the knife, but when I asked if she could show me the size of the knife, she told me to come back later and said she would show it to me then. I found her attitude very rude and unhelpful.

I visited the store in Wembley Park
I visited the store in Wembley Park , I like the brand and the store is few minutes away from where I live . On my the one before the last visit , a lady received me and she was not professional , I chose a collection of summer kitchenware (plates and others) , whilst paying I decided to purchase one extra item , went and picked it up and returned to the cashier to conclude my transaction , the lady was so rude because it looks like she started serving someone else but I did not know . She spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner . I told her you are not professional , she tried to justify but I made clear that her way of dealing with clients was not good at all and this puts clients off purchasing at the store . I shopped at the store couple days ago , she was not there .
